    @TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

    @TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

    @TalkTalk we have refugees from the Ukraine living in our house and TalkTalk are refusing to get our network but up and running so they can talk to there families. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour for families in need !!!

    @TalkTalk no internet since the 23rd Feb 2022, if you can please avoid this company. The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

    Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

    @TalkTalk So I am just making sure EVERYONE knows that TalkTalk feel it is acceptable to take 5-10 working DAYS to repair an internet fault. They have not even issued a work order to correct my issue. Do not use them.

    @TalkTalk Put through to an internal numbers. Told to ‘hang on for 2/3 days by which time THEY will send someone out to fix THEIR fault’. I have even explained that I have a vulnerable disabled adult due to be at the property tonight from 5/6 who depends on internet access

    Been having internet slow speed issues with @TalkTalk for a while. Have a text chat with an operator, who does some checks. Doesn’t find any problem. Mysteriously, whilst he’s doing these checks, my speed goes from 15mps to 60mps (what it should be)

    @Mistywoman1 Golden rule: phone call from DWP, HMRC, Your Internet provider, BT, Microsoft, TalkTalk, your bank, visa, mastercard its 99.999% likely to be a scam. Hang up. If it is "bank", "credit card" or DWP if you have a claim check the line is clear then phone customer service to confirm.

    @TalkTalk Absolute shambles of an internet provider. Meant to install fibre cable, not capable of doing it, cancelled the copper line because the "engineers" closed the job, now no internet for 2 weeks. My wife works from home so started no end of problems. Useless.
