The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
