    @TalkTalk we have refugees from the Ukraine living in our house and TalkTalk are refusing to get our network but up and running so they can talk to there families. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour for families in need !!!

    @TalkTalk assistance with what? I've spent 90 mins from a mobile talking to a 'customer service advisor' in the Philippines sorting out a fault (your fault) on a landline.. it eventually got booked.. what do you want to assist me with?

    @TalkTalk I’ve dropped you yet another DM - I’ve never received service as unbelievably poor as that from Talk Talk, who despite admitting that they failed to correctly take over my line, are still refusing to refund the money they cost me eight months and dozens of emails and calls later.

    @TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

    @TalkTalk Hi, you've put my bill up for no reason the deal was no price rises for duration of bill and can't get through online or phone if I don't get a resolution I'm leaving.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.     @theospreyuk @Shiv_who_burns It's difficult to get hold of someone to actually talk to on this. All I want to know is if I cancel my BT landline (as I don't need it), will it cause problems with my separate Talktalk broadband! I shall persevere!

    @paulivory1963 @TalkTalk trust me mate leave them, gave us a terrible service for years and was impossible to get hold of someone who actually cared and wanted an issue solved. Cutting us off half the time, switched to Virgin Media this year and was the best choice

    @TalkTalk My contract ended May 2026. I declined renewal, returned my router, and was explicitly promised NO fees on the phone. Now I'm being chased for a Β£21.05 bill (including admin fees) for a closed account! Your phones aren't connecting. DM me to fix this immediately.
