The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

Pratab Ali (@pratab_a) reported@DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase ยฃ35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone ยฃ25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.
