tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk my phone line and Internet is down so ur sending an engineer next week. I tried explaining to ur call centre that there are other talktalk users in my area with same issue but they did not seem to understand. Is it possible to speak to someone who doesn't read a script?

Seriously, @TalkTalk are the single worst providers of internet in the world. You call to complain about the awful signal strength, they tell you they've boosted it to keep you happy, it works for a day then drops back to being terrible again. The. WORST.

@TalkTalk Talktalk creates StressStress. Getting thro to and then talking to individual Customer Service is challenging. Each person I have spoken to seems to contradict the other and the issue does not get resolved. Of course I pay for this service being a TalkTalk customer!?!? Unhappy.
