    @TalkTalk @MorleyLass92 Weโ€™ve just joined and itโ€™s slow as hell for us the past few days. Was fine at the beginning but now cannot watch anything on tv without it buffering constantly. Might be fine in your area but seems bad for us.

    @TalkTalk my dad currently received an email with a code for an amazon echo dot and smart plug but the code comes up as invalid, any idea why this is? Seems to be a common issue with other customers

    Spent 3 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Absolute Joke. @TalkTalk

    FN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.

    God talktalk support is genuinely one of the most frustrating support lines I've ever dealt with. All I want is help with fixing ky Internet, why is it taking 20 mins to just to confirm who's account it is

    Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops Iโ€™ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because youโ€™ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. Iโ€™ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.
