    @TalkTalk my dad currently received an email with a code for an amazon echo dot and smart plug but the code comes up as invalid, any idea why this is? Seems to be a common issue with other customers

    @Andy_Kinnear I cant help feeling that Dido is a distraction, a professional fall guy, career scapegoat but then again that which the God's wish to destroy they first put Dido in charge, TalkTalk, Test & Trace, Cheltenham Festival super-spreader event.

    @TalkTalk having a lot of difficulty trying to cancel a future fibre order placed last Thursday, ff team saying they see no trace of my account (I hadnโ€™t received any emails yet to be fair), but I can see a hard search on my credit report? Seem to be going round in circles

    @MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

    @BobollyBee Ah good not just me then. I looked on their website and it said no issues or planned maintenance! I think I'm back now. If they're going to do maintenance it would be good to actually TELL US! Can't wait to leave! @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk , cusotmere service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    @RichardCurry7 @rockchic666 @TalkTalk taken me about 2 yrs to get them to own up to mistakes including issues with connections glad I switched to BT & they will not & never get another payment from me again

    Well have to say if you have a @TalkTalk broadband account then cancel. Charges up to ยฃ180 for the cancellation of the service upon the death of my mother. Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!

    @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach Iโ€™ve been left without internet for almost 48hrs. The issue is unknown, the internet randomly stopped working and Iโ€™ve been informed an engineer is on their way. I live in central London, not sure why itโ€™s taking so long. Pls send help!

    @TalkTalk My stepmum has an issue with her landline. She and my father are vulnerable customers with multiple medical issues. Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can
