    @MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    @TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

    @TalkTalk i have to pay for the wireless hardware router that was stolen from my property by removal company when trying to cancel a contract after 5 years of poor service speed? joke of a company. happy to pay double with for decent provider like BT/Virgin after this nightmare!

    @TalkTalk Talk talk switched over to fibre & provided customers with a new wireless fibre router. This new router does not give the option to SWITH OFF WIRELESS. They have completely disregarded those of us that are sensitive to EMF and have a wired network. DO NOT USE TALK TALK!

    @TalkTalk Yes I have reported it to the UFO team but still no internet or phone for 22 hours now. Can’t currently work from home as a result. Please help
