    @TalkTalk please call me. Ive called multiple times and when getting put through to the hardware dep of tech help the phone call goes dead, cut off. It takes so long just to get through to your department

    Thanks for cutting me off mid-conversation regarding an issue with my broadband @TalkTalk. Only been with you a couple of weeks and the customer service and broadband quality is shoddy!

    @TalkTalk no internet since the 23rd Feb 2022, if you can please avoid this company. The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

    Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

    @TalkTalk we have refugees from the Ukraine living in our house and TalkTalk are refusing to get our network but up and running so they can talk to there families. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour for families in need !!!

    @TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

    @TalkTalk They made a bill of £214 up that they said I owed as they said I extended my contract .. but I never did and I’ve been fighting for it to be taken off. They have now finally admitted to their mistake however getting a date for the bill to be credited is another matter STAY AWAY

    @PhilBall1971 @SkyUK Been very happy with TalkTalk for 2 years at £23/month. When I moved home a few months ago, they upped the speed without upping the cost. 65mbps at the moment and not had any problems with it.

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk customer service is appalling, I submitted a complaint 34 days ago, still no response even after following this up a number of times, CMP 258608, if you can be bothered to look into it, shocking customer service.

    @TalkTalk Hi. My vulnerable 85 y/o mum cancelled her contract by phone ahead of moving house in Feb. She is still being billed for the service. She submitted a complaint which was closed without being investigated. Many hours on the phone later it is still not sorted. Can anyone help her?

    @TalkTalk so when are you going to refund the £65 you robbed out of my account after you promised on Saturday that you wouldn't take it? Now being passed from customer services, to technical back to customer services to have the same conversations. You must hate your customers
