They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !
