tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk Shall I post all screen shots of your awful customer service where you've on more then one occasion and more then one of your colleagues has said they can see I'm owed and due the £70 voucher. Not just on this platform but via talktalk direct chat and email
