@TalkTalk we have refugees from the Ukraine living in our house and TalkTalk are refusing to get our network but up and running so they can talk to there families. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour for families in need !!!

@TalkTalk no internet since the 23rd Feb 2022, if you can please avoid this company. The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

@TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

@CortisolChaos @TalkTalk They open at 9am. If you’re registered as vulnerable with them, you get priority. But it doesn’t have an emergency contact, which is crazy. There are some “self diagnostic” options in the fix it section. One may work!🤞
