TalkTalk Outage in Gateshead, England

@TalkTalk hello. I cancelled my service with you a month ago. My contract ends in two days but you're billing me for another month. Surely this isn't correct?

@TalkTalk The BritBox one is sometimes so slow. It also crashes.

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk My connection in Newcastle has been dropping regularly for the last week. It's been really bad today, every hour I lose internet connection and have to reset the router. Not ideal when trying to WFH. Any idea what the issue is...?

@TalkTalk assistance with what? I've spent 90 mins from a mobile talking to a 'customer service advisor' in the Philippines sorting out a fault (your fault) on a landline.. it eventually got booked.. what do you want to assist me with?

@TalkTalk can somebody please tell me the best way to set up to set up Caller I'd and help me register for an online account. currently I am unable to do either of these things due to your abysmal website and terrible customer service procedures. very disappointed

@TalkTalk Total loss of internet service here in Aylesbury AGAIN. How many times am I to keep contacting before before something is sorted? I talk to chat and it comes back on. Hours later it’s off again. Just this morning it was off again. FIVE times since Sunday night and now again.

@TalkTalk yet again, no internet. This is becoming a daily issue and all your automated response tells me to do is........Go online and check . Has it ever occurred to Talk Talk that with no internet, it is quite hard to Go online?!
