    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    @TalkTalk your customer service is dreadful and I haven’t even had installation yet. Installation was meant to be tomorrow but you have failed to deliver the equipment on time. Your customer service team are less than helpful. Very dissatisfied

    74yo mother in law orders @TalkTalk fibre broadband. It's not full fibre (unlike mine installed by Vodafone 1 wk before) it never works, she cancels within 10 days. They are charging £175 cancellation + £45 for a service that never worked. We've spent at least 10hrs on the phone.

    3 mnths still waiting for @TalkTalk to pay my mother agreed compensation for appalling service she suffered after my Dad died. My letter to CEO @tristiaharrison triggered a promised phonecall today 10-12noon. Nothing. Am I surprised? An appalling company.
