@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. The response that @talktalk give is literally "have you turned it off and on again". Of course I have. That's the first thing everyone does if they have a problem with something technical. 😂😂 #talktalk #internetdown #wifiproblems

  • ruth_lampard
    Ruth Lampard (@ruth_lampard) reported

@TalkTalk I said I want to speak to a customer service agent. That apparently was the key phrase that took me to a person. The Chat could have told me that. It didn’t. I’m have concluded the @TalkTalk chat is a poorly programmed AI designed to frustrate engagement with customers.

  • Sixpenc97002536
    Sixpence (@Sixpenc97002536) reported

@devonboy3410 @GBNEWS I’m with TalkTalk but it’s pretty poor since they ‘upgraded’ my area … We regularly either lose the internet or the signal is too weak to watch a digital tv programme, buffering every couple of minutes so it becomes unwatchable

  • JGBalders
    jon baldwin (@JGBalders) reported

@TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

@TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?

  • FAZILLION

@TalkTalk Siyanda, can you confirm that the cancellation fee will be waived on the basis of the nature of my case, then we can talk via DM's. If youc an't help me, I have to take my campaign to Linkedin and get some of your chief executives involved.
