They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
