tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk hi, I’ve been having problems with the internet connection to my devices at home(phone,tablets) the connection works for my Amazon fire stick.I’ve tried turning of my devices and resetting the Wi-Fi on the devices but it connects without internet.Any ways to solve this?

Hey @TalkTalk I’ve recently moved, filled in a transfer of account to new tenant, new customer at new house, sent letter saying can’t transfer until next payment made, you’ve now taken that, phoned today and told need to start whole procedure again, what email to cancel please?
