@MartinSLewis wonder how many people are owed money by them. There's apparently no way around it and I could be waiting until April for my refund. They said I could be charged a penalty if I cancel my direct debit. @TalkTalk 2 of 2

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@TalkTalk @virginmedia So we finally got through, gave details - your agent then told us to hang up so they could call back in 1 minute verify. That was 7 minutes ago?! This is the 5th time your staff have essential cut us off by not calling back. Is this a company tactic?

@TalkTalk @virginmedia The "can you please hang up and we'll call back" line which has been requested 4 times and failed to happen 4 times is a very strange tactic, considering your customer in question is a pensioner in her mid 80s is poor taste, don't you think?
