    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    @TalkTalk assistance with what? I've spent 90 mins from a mobile talking to a 'customer service advisor' in the Philippines sorting out a fault (your fault) on a landline.. it eventually got booked.. what do you want to assist me with?

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy, I changed provider April 20th, service was cut on that date. Noticed I've continued to be charged last 2 months. Called today CS said cancellation wasn't done properly & the fact I didn't have internet was a coincidence, no internet since then is acceptable & to pay.

    @TalkTalk Why is my internet so bad, it can't be the stabilisation period because it's already been 2 weeks since we got the router up an running. Using this internet is a pain im getting 4x less than what was guaranteed on our monthly plan if you could DM me if appreciate that

    @Talktalk Trying to study for a maths re-sit and my internet has been in and out like a light spelling S.O.S. in morse code. Didn't see the lecture to learn the process last week because my internet was all like: ..-. .. -..- / -- -.-- / .. -. - . .-. -. . - then as well. HELP!

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk Your incompetency is absolutely disgusting. You’ve charged me £121.65 this month for what may I ask ? I’ve had problems with WiFi from the start of May till NOW ! I had bought extra equipment etc that you recommended.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I had mentioned numerous amount of times. I won’t be paying for these if the problem doesn’t get fix permanently. The problem hasn’t been sorted & you’ve still charge me. Why may I ask ?? Run me back my money ASAP !

    @talktalk have now left me without internet for a week after I paid to upgrade to fibre 150. Customer service is appalling. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID @talktalk. It’s not worth the stress and increase in your blood pressure. @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk I don't have account details on me so will when I do, but after an hour on the phone speaking to 3 different people in not sure how it can be resolved. I just want people to know if they want a decent internet connection and customer service not to use Talktalk.
