When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble youβve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! Iβve not had an issue with TT once!

I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy
