@TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

So... I don’t think it was possible but @SkyBroadband is even worse than @TalkTalk after 2 openreach visits my broadband still goes off 10-12 times every morning. @SkyBroadband just say- tough luck- it’s a capacity issue.- not our fault!🤬

TalkTalk are awful. Terrible speed. Terrible customer service. We had problems, they said it was our equipment and suggested we upgrade. It was the same rubbish for more money. We left asap and moved to BT. No more problems! #ripoffbritain

@OpenreachHelp I know I can receive FTTP . TalkTalk say I can’t but I certainly can as I receive it from a different provider namely sky . The issue is TT say to contact you , you say to contact sky and sky say to contact TT.
