    @TalkTalk @MorleyLass92 Weโ€™ve just joined and itโ€™s slow as hell for us the past few days. Was fine at the beginning but now cannot watch anything on tv without it buffering constantly. Might be fine in your area but seems bad for us.

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve dropped you yet another DM - Iโ€™ve never received service as unbelievably poor as that from Talk Talk, who despite admitting that they failed to correctly take over my line, are still refusing to refund the money they cost me eight months and dozens of emails and calls later.

    @TalkTalk please call me. Ive called multiple times and when getting put through to the hardware dep of tech help the phone call goes dead, cut off. It takes so long just to get through to your department

    Thanks for cutting me off mid-conversation regarding an issue with my broadband @TalkTalk. Only been with you a couple of weeks and the customer service and broadband quality is shoddy!

    @TalkTalk having a lot of difficulty trying to cancel a future fibre order placed last Thursday, ff team saying they see no trace of my account (I hadnโ€™t received any emails yet to be fair), but I can see a hard search on my credit report? Seem to be going round in circles

    @BobollyBee Ah good not just me then. I looked on their website and it said no issues or planned maintenance! I think I'm back now. If they're going to do maintenance it would be good to actually TELL US! Can't wait to leave! @TalkTalk

    Hi, @VodafoneUK on 3 occasions I have requested chat transcript and not got the conversation only the bot chat transcript sent to me - not good enough. Please tell me I am not going to get same service as I did with TalkTalk as it only got connected today.

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve spent all evening trying to sort my elderly Nanโ€™s landline. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and sheโ€™s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help

    @TalkTalk Hi Elizabeth, she is, sheโ€™s in a town called Skelmersdale (WN8 postcode). We were told about Storm Dave potentially affecting her, but we were barely hit by it, and us & her neighbours have no issue?

    Thereโ€™s a well-known South African male actor who has been part of some of the biggest shows in the country. The other day, I joined his live on "TalkTalk" App, and I was interacting with viewers responding to comments, liking gifts, and engaging with people. Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. Itโ€™s sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions donโ€™t attract many viewers anymore.
