The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldnโt remember her password they said they couldnโt get into her account but no advice!
