They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.
