@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@TalkTalk Nope. I’m not here for that, it’s being sorted and dealt with one way or the other like I said. I’m here to share my experience with the public and help dissuade anyone from thinking that talk talk are a good company, and to consider using an alternative provider.

@TalkTalk It has now escalated to a case manager because nothing has been done via online agents so I had to phone to actually get any sense or help. Your online advisors really need more training on technical issues & not just repeatedly tell people to reset/hard reset/power down
