Told them the price offered £27pm but on a 24mth contract, they agreed to do it for £22pm, 12 mth contract and first month free as a credit. I have done this before with TT - just call them

@TalkTalk raised a complaint with Talktalk yesterday was promised a call back between 6-8pm. Got a text at 5:45pm saying they had tried to call - 15mins early !!!! Had no missed call!!!

More dreadful service from @TalkTalk I pay for a minimum of 58mbps, getting around 5mbps. “We’ve checked the line, the problem is in the home.” Sent an engineer (cost me £50) “All OK in the house, the probem is the line.” “You need to pay for an engineer to check the line”
