@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk it's been 9 days and still the Internet connection isn't fixed. I make that £8 x 8days since 1st complaint & increasing. @BTGroup are sending out free dongles bc of it. Expect mine in the post ASAP.

@TalkTalk I've cancelled my broadband contract with you. Several long phone calls between you & my new provider (Sky) show there's still an issue with Sky accessing the line. I've been without broadband for two weeks which is seriously affecting my business. PLEASE sort this!!!
