We have had multiple openreach engineer visits to the house. They are telling us they CAN fix the issue, but need @TalkTalk to instruct them to do so. Currently we have no Internet service. We have had these outages since we moved in 6 months ago. We need this fixed ASAP pls.

@OpenreachHelp Hi, I need your help to resolve an issue getting FTTP to our property. @TalkTalk are useless and seem to be instructing you incorrectly. We have been sold (FTTP) twice in 4 weeks but they are not installing it. Instead we have copper to the house. 1/2
