    @BobollyBee Ah good not just me then. I looked on their website and it said no issues or planned maintenance! I think I'm back now. If they're going to do maintenance it would be good to actually TELL US! Can't wait to leave! @TalkTalk

    @faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

    I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

    Hi @virginmedia spent almost 4 hours on live chat today to get a simple problem resolved and still didnt get resolved , very poor service @skytv or @TalkTalk are you in need of a new customer please.

    Another round with a less than stellar Talktalk customer service. Every time you speak,Dm or chat they take you back to the start, why do they do that? Why don't they use a case number system? Why hasn't my problem been solved a month down the line.

    @TalkTalk you told me to message you about my issue I have had over Xmas, I told the tech team it was a faulty router on Xmas day and asked for a new 1, I waited for 5 days for OR to attend and tell me same thing and now won't get router until Weds.only with TT 2 months #poor

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to deal with this on the phone rather than on here because I worry how TalkTalk will deal with too much information. For instance your colleagues can't even send someone to the correct address. I'm now using this as a platform to warn people of the appalling service
