@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

@mohammed__usman Covid has somehow become an excuse for inexcusably bad customer service. They are just using it as some sort of get out. TalkTalk we’re just as bad before. Covid is the best thing that happened to them as they can blame it all on that rather than their own incompetence

Such a frustrating experience with @TalkTalk customer services just to advise I’m leaving the UK and not renewing. Over an hour on the phone with three different people for no reason at all. There were no winners.
