    @TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

    @TalkTalk I’ve dropped you yet another DM - I’ve never received service as unbelievably poor as that from Talk Talk, who despite admitting that they failed to correctly take over my line, are still refusing to refund the money they cost me eight months and dozens of emails and calls later.

For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven.     @TalkTalk Hi Unfortunetly your talktalk page, wont allow me to do DM when i click it keeps going to the home page.. We have been on the chat online also and using the app have tried to resolve with no change in status (result repeatedly showing weak signal). Outage since 4th of April
