    @MartinSLewis wonder how many people are owed money by them. There's apparently no way around it and I could be waiting until April for my refund. They said I could be charged a penalty if I cancel my direct debit. @TalkTalk 2 of 2

    @TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

    @TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

    @MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

    @TalkTalk How do I cancel my order? Unnecessary appoint for GFast moved to 21st Oct. House ALREADY has GFast so NO appointment Necessary. Appointment is a 1 month after I 1st order! Appalling. Also can't create TallkTalk says technical error!! Rubbish service

    @TalkTalk I need help. Our phone line is out BUT broadband is still working. I've run a test but it comes back connection is working. YES for broadband, NO for phone. The stupid website does not allow me to notify about my problem. How can I get help!

    @TalkTalk my service has been down for 4 days now. I spent 3 hours on the phone to your customer services and 2 hours on the chat with no help and no engineer booked. I asked to complain, was told someone would call me but no one did. This is disgusting and unacceptable
