@PoliceScotland Unfortunately this is the way of the worls now. I have my 87 year Mother trained in the 2 word command for the call scammers. I have talktalk blocker on house phone. Obviously a different issue than texts but if your demented or fam member is being pestered its an option.

Absolutely appalling online customer service from @TalkTalk, please tell your employees to grow a pair and reply to messages of complaint rather than cutting of the chat, which has happened to me 5 times now in 2 days.
