@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

Hi @virginmedia spent almost 4 hours on live chat today to get a simple problem resolved and still didnt get resolved , very poor service @skytv or @TalkTalk are you in need of a new customer please.

@TalkTalk 2. the break in the internet connection set off emergency alarm for her home help, the whole lot was down, phone line also so they weren't able to contact her to see if she was ok, ooops!!! the ambulance did see the funny side, My Mum was eating her tea wondering what on earth!!

@TalkTalk I have no internet in he Rainham, Kent ME8 postcode area. Are there any known issues? The internet (red) LED is on and steady. The wireless and Ethernet (green) LEDs are blinking. The power and broadband LEDs (Green) are on and steady.
