    @TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

    @TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

    @Andy_Kinnear I cant help feeling that Dido is a distraction, a professional fall guy, career scapegoat but then again that which the God's wish to destroy they first put Dido in charge, TalkTalk, Test & Trace, Cheltenham Festival super-spreader event.

    @TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

    @TalkTalk I've been on the phone and they've said it was your agent who has "misclicked" something and has accidently sent out the TV Box. Another one of your agents has actually sent out the router this time. Starting to lose faith and patience with you lot as it's issue after issue 😕

    @TalkTalk I am trying to join talktalk as a new customer, through moneysupermarket using the £75 gift card link emailed to me, I have tried using the link on every device I own, & it doesn't load correctly, so I cannot sign up to your service. Is this due to your service updates?

    @TalkTalk Without my smartphone contract including 100GB/month I'd be lost. I can't imagine every WiFi service being this bad, with interruptions in almost regular intervals daily. And I know this is a common complaint.

    In response to my comments I have received and been in touch with TalkTalk’s customer service and the issue has been fully resolved I hope for now and I am more than happy with the service and the compensation that was been awarded well done TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted with the service provided by TalkTalk. Constantly having to reboot the router five times this week. Very poor customer service very poor service provider, very disappointed not meeting the promise standards of from Talk Talk.
