When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

TalkTalk took a DD of £36.95 for April. Returned equipment. But won’t refund me as my new provider didn’t tell them to cancel?!🤯🤯

Over 2 hours trying to sort, been cut off several times but finally guy said even he didn’t understand. We’ve gone back to BT!
