When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

Already, even with the initial setup errors, customer service-wise @btbroadband is a million % better than @TalkTalk . Internet's still dropping out on wireless. But I'm gettin ethernet.
