@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

Hi @virginmedia spent almost 4 hours on live chat today to get a simple problem resolved and still didnt get resolved , very poor service @skytv or @TalkTalk are you in need of a new customer please.

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

@TalkTalk Hi Andy - are you a human support staff, or an automated TalkTalk Twitter bot? Auto Compensation is not applicable.. you can have an almost entirely useless 0.1Mbps connection and compensation is not applicable under those rules. Please don’t gaslight me.

@TalkTalk This is much simpler: What is reasonable to expect of an ISP where a fault/difficulty is raised with their support team? It really should be sufficient that you see a persistent terrible DSL sync speed for you to take action and pursue resolution of the problem.
