@TalkTalk Hi guys. Can you confirm loss of service for Seaham (SR7) as both myself and parents without broadband. I’ve been told my router is faulty but parents told to turn off for 30 mins and try again.

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk absolutely appalling customer service from you today - supposed to be installing broadband after 3pm and your engineer arrived at 9.30am to an empty house. 4 chat conversations all lies and still no engineer. Call back on Thursday and it’s Tuesday! Unhappy new customer!

@TalkTalk From 17th December I had a total outage that took 26 days to fix. I submitted a letter of complaint on 1st March iaw the Customer Complaint Code as TalkTalk appears content to let the original compliant I'd raised be "forgotten". After 3 weeks, no response. Impressive!
