@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

Hi @virginmedia spent almost 4 hours on live chat today to get a simple problem resolved and still didnt get resolved , very poor service @skytv or @TalkTalk are you in need of a new customer please.

@TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

Hey @TalkTalk, the WiFi in my son’s flat has been down for 10 days and he only seems to be able to get help from virtual customer service which tells him to use the app to fix it …. BUT HE HAS NO WIFI TO GET ON THE WIFI. It says: “Connected, no internet”. Please help!

@TalkTalk I am very cross. I have told you & told you many times that my Internet connection does not work properly. I don’t usually complain about things but this time I am. The Internet connection is sporadic and not strong enough. I am paying £41 / month for a dire service.

@TalkTalk Appalling treatment of my elderly grandmother today. Promised callback 4-6pm - for a previous complaint, never came. She called, 40mins wait, passed to complaints manager who HUNG UP on her. Second agent repeatedly spoke over her. I have recordings.
