When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath
