    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    @faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

    @TalkTalk waste of time! On the phone with talktalk twice tonight for over 3 hours got nowhere! Internet been down since Saturday as someone has cancelled the account? Internet up for renewal in Dec and will not be renewing my contract with them.The men on the phone were useless

    @TalkTalk Just wondering if you can answer why your customer service refers to help online when the reported problem, no connection, prevents that. Also it's clear there was a problem and having no human interface was very frustrating. I was in a panic. I rely on my broadband.
