    @MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

    @TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    @TalkTalk Been on a chat box for 1hr 10mins with agent weenie who eventually agreed the TV remote was faulty. Never came back onto the chat, now I'm back at the beginning again. Total s**t show from TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk are right up the creek. We’ve had no Telly since they so called connected us on 3rd April. When I phoned tonight their system is not working either. Asked me to ring back tomorrow. I’m supposed to receive a new box but this hasn’t turned up either.

    @BTSopenreach @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis You have cut my 75yo mother’s phone line and broadband and have left her without a resolution!! She is currently housebound with an injury. How do you expect her to ask for help if needed without a phone line!!
