@Ray_Delauney @TalkTalk I wouldn’t bother. They are horrific. Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

@TalkTalk is there a problem with tv in Darlington area? Keep losing picture and a brief message pops up saying bad signal then disappears almost instantly. Have retuned and signal strength is fine.

@TalkTalk Seems to be happening again, but don't worry I only need to use the internet between 9am to 6pm during the week and until 5:30pm at the weekends. Obviously the daily outages are part of the service your offering... Oh well let's wait until tomorrow for it not to be sorted

@TalkTalk Our broadband is not working! We were told that a engineer will arrive today - nobody turned up then we called and said there was no record! Now been advised engineer will be here tomorrow. If there is no engineer tomorrow - talktalk is done!
