I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@talktalk I reported a fault on my telephone line on 4th Oct. It took you until 9th Nov to fix it. Your customer service agents said compensation would be automatically calculated and my bill adjusted. I've had my bill and been charged approx £50 for a month of non-service. Why?
