@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk The laugh is, you have a fault & they can't find it so upgraded to someone higher which could take 5 WORKING DAYS to get back to you. Meanwhile still taking our money. Hubby managed to find fault local exchange, TT still never knew about it. Resumed after 17 hrs.
