@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

Day 14 - @TalkTalk internet dropped off again at around 6:40 am. The connection is intermittent now. Why is the fault not being acknowledged on my account? What is the solution? Will a firmware update help?

@LiamM70 @TalkTalk My mother has dementia. I cancelled the contract when she moved to sheltered housing. They sent a letter confirming it but continue to bill her. When I called to sort this out, they refused to discuss it with me because I didn't pass security! What ********?!

Oh yeah, router didn't arrive yesterday @TalkTalk 🙃 Anyway it's now been over 2 weeks since TT haven't fixed the broadband issue, if anyone at @Ofcom can advise me that would be great (I can check the website too)
