@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

@TalkTalk Believe me I have tried since March. Your system cannot deal with the fact that the engineer can only be raised from the property where the fault is. It’s madness. It is beyond them to do what you are asking. Accept that there is a fault and help them out

@TalkTalk internet constantly cutting off for short periods of time. Ran a connection test and received a text to book an engineer (for the millionth time) problem is you website doesn't lete do this or talk to anyone. This has been a recurring issue for months.

@TalkTalk @Experian @MoneySavingExp #TalkTalk in relation to a complaint have satisfied a #CCJ in February however it is still showing on my #CreditReferenceFile having a derogatory effect on credit accounts. I was assured that it would be removed. I will now continue to protest.
