tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk Unfortunately I'm a customer with talktalk With crap internet. Constantly dropping speeds or none. And DNS server can't be reached. They want to charge more! I would leave if they upped the price. There are only 2 companies that supply internet in my area. BT is my other option.

@fitbatweets I'm with talktalk, on the top tier optic fibre. 500mb speeds, for 35 quid a month , been spot on for me, in about 5 years I can count the issues I've had in 1 hand and always been fixed within a day except one time due to heavy flooding at the exchange
