@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@OpenreachHelp Any chance on when the issues in Oxford will be fixed? TalkTalk have no idea and it’s impossible to work from home with broadband that drops out multiple times and hour and speeds that make dial up seem rapid. It’s been like this for over a week, fix it.

@ZakFarren its not just virgin. all providers were down in my area including sky and talktalk and bt too according to down detector, think there was an internet problem throughout a large part of greater manchester.

@michaela_65uk @TalkTalk I don't work for TalkTalk but know how terrible their service is. If it helps, this is their customer support number: 0345 172 0088 - make sure you take the name of the person you speak to and note the time of call and duration - just in case you need to call back..
