@TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

@GearsOfFeet @TalkTalk Just get ready for the "its never an easy decision" or "due to a 40% increase" responses. Even so it should be applicable to new contracts or ones not sold as fixed. Anyway some good deals with cashback to make it same price. Even If ipay the same I'd rather give them nothing

Did you know, if you have connection dropouts or any issues with your internet connection with TalkTalk, the only way to get in touch about it and try to get it sorted is to sign up to a message board (and earn badges by posting!)...

@TalkTalk Hi. I have no landline. Customer chat says that they do not recognise my number or account number, though I have been a customer for about 20 years. 0345 071 9682 which they said ring does not recognise me either. AM GOING MAD.

@TalkTalk now told that we are not allowed to cancel the order until it's 'escalated' taking it outside of the cool-off period, tying us to the contract. Blocked from speaking to a manager or being allowed to take it forward. Hiding behind COVID too, we're a year in. shame on you

@FonBrowndy @TalkTalk I've got Now Broadband, it's the same network as Sky but much cheaper! Depending on your setup you can usually install straight from the box.
