    @TalkTalk my dad currently received an email with a code for an amazon echo dot and smart plug but the code comes up as invalid, any idea why this is? Seems to be a common issue with other customers

    @TalkTalk are by far the worst company in the UK at present, their customer service and prices are insanely bad. I hope this company does not exist in the next 12 months. There will be no job losses as I'm sure they employ zero staff

    @theospreyuk @Shiv_who_burns It's difficult to get hold of someone to actually talk to on this. All I want to know is if I cancel my BT landline (as I don't need it), will it cause problems with my separate Talktalk broadband! I shall persevere!

    @Andy_Ross1962 @TalkTalk Sounds brilliant! We are using a Smarty sim in a mobile router. Have done for nearly a year. It’s the only way to get any WiFi. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

    @TalkTalk following ur own β€œplanned maintenance” this is now day 8 of my mum not having her landline. A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😑😑
