Hi @virginmedia spent almost 4 hours on live chat today to get a simple problem resolved and still didnt get resolved , very poor service @skytv or @TalkTalk are you in need of a new customer please.

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk our home got upgraded to full fibre broadband today, internet is now not working. Box has been on red light since they left (we waited an hour like they said but it never changed). Reset/turning off and on again isn’t helping. Thanks.
