@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk I’m not DM’ing, I’ve got a call on Monday. I’ve wasted hours of my time faffing about on DM’s then a 2nd engineer from Brighsparks comes 8 days after the @WeAreOpenreach engineer installed the router with the wrong cable and you have charged me for this. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service. In early December 2021 reported my sister’s death as she was a customer. I got stuck In a loop with live Chat and then when there was a point blank refusal to provide a callback eons waiting for a human being to answer the call I was being charged 4

@louisenatashaxo @TalkTalk Mines also been down for the past 2 days.. was on the phone to them this morning for about an hour and half with two people for them to try to ‘fix’ it their side literally asking me to turn it on and off and reset it every 5 mins for them to basically give up in the end.
