@TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

@TalkTalk I made them aware I was leaving as they do not offer a service that my new ISP does. This was the reason, it had nothing to do with unhappiness or price. Sending multiple e-mails and letters is frustrating for users and also has an environmental impact. #customerexperience

@TalkTalk called to advise internet service has cut out. Advised tech support closes at 5. After being put through at 16:50 the guy refused to speak besides "call back" and laughed with his colleagues. This phone call was recorded and I will not hesitate to share it.
