Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

Why therefore have you taken a full months fee on the 18th Dec followed by another fee on 5th Jan? Customer service is totally unreachable even online chat!
