@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk This is the 4 th day of intermittent connection and we cannot go on like this as we have lost loads of business. please let me know how we cancel our contract mid term without paying until the end of term in October as you are unable to fulfill your service contract

@CarabinerIT @TalkTalk Thanks a million again for your help. Issue remains unresolved. My parents are in sheltered housing, I'm not there with them. Took over an hour today to pass through security with talk talk as their English is rudimentary and talk talk refused to speak to me.
