I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

James Cressey (@James_Cressey) reported@TalkTalk It's currently 10:48 and our internet has cut out 4 times already today. We are due a visit from our 6th engineer this year and we are on our second router from them. I can't wait to be rid of TalkTalk for ever. I beg of you all to never go near them.
