@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@TalkTalk I will also be contacting other company directors on this matter too. TalkTalk has forced my hand for far too long. I have never spoken to a customer agent who showed any empathy whatsoever. Do they treat all customers with chronic illness in this fashion ?

@ScottRtv @TalkTalk Lol 1 HR 42 mins passed to different agents 5 times had to do security 5 different time and had to explain myself 5 different times... Now theres an escalated complaint need to wait for a call back from a manger within 48 hrs ... Literally the WORSE customer service #FactsMatter
