Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said theyโve waived it. Weโll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now.
