    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    @TalkTalk please call me. Ive called multiple times and when getting put through to the hardware dep of tech help the phone call goes dead, cut off. It takes so long just to get through to your department

    @Andy_Ross1962 @TalkTalk Sounds brilliant! We are using a Smarty sim in a mobile router. Have done for nearly a year. Itโ€™s the only way to get any WiFi. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

    Had @talktalk full fibre for 9 days now. Not impressed as it has never worked. They have set up their end incorrectly, and seem in no hurry to fix it. Their engineer not coming until Tuesday pm Not sure why they insist on an engineer to my house as the problem isn't here

    @TalkTalk I have not had Internet now for 5 days, I spoke to you regarding this on the first day of no service, you said you was sending an engineer and then a home visit which I took time off work nobody came, you then just closed my complaint with no consultation this is poor
