They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!
