tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

now it is 45 minutes later and I am being transferred to yet another @talktalk person to raise the complaint ticket, really i think #talktalk sucks i just want #broadband
