    @TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

    @TalkTalk please call me. Ive called multiple times and when getting put through to the hardware dep of tech help the phone call goes dead, cut off. It takes so long just to get through to your department

    @Andy_Kinnear I cant help feeling that Dido is a distraction, a professional fall guy, career scapegoat but then again that which the God's wish to destroy they first put Dido in charge, TalkTalk, Test & Trace, Cheltenham Festival super-spreader event.

    @TalkTalk my dad currently received an email with a code for an amazon echo dot and smart plug but the code comes up as invalid, any idea why this is? Seems to be a common issue with other customers

    Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

    @TalkTalk no internet since the 23rd Feb 2022, if you can please avoid this company. The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

    @TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

    @TalkTalk we have refugees from the Ukraine living in our house and TalkTalk are refusing to get our network but up and running so they can talk to there families. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour for families in need !!!

    @Manchesterguy15 @TalkTalk Ours went down at around the same time near Newcastle (NE30). Getting nowhere - been asked 3 times what kind of router I have 🤡 It’s clearly on their side! 💩

    @TalkTalk I’ve seriously just had enough. The 72 hours runs out tomorrow at 12:25, as the time was set Saturday. Please speed this up, I’ve never come across an issue this poor and severe. Can we also note that there will be no cancellation fee and a reduced monthly bill.

    I would strongly advise to anyone that’s considering using @TalkTalk and their Future Fibre broadband to look elsewhere. My internet has been off for a week now and I’ve been lied to and passed around their customer service department, cut off from live chat. Disgusting service!!

    @Ofcom can U help? Business phone & internet off coming into 3rd wk reported to @TalkTalkBizCare getting no where @TalkTalk did get back but they can't help ask for compo info as losing approx £1-2k per wk paying subs on TV can't watch & keep putting data on mobiles approx £100

    @TalkTalk why is my router down again? Orange light of death has been there for the whole day ! Tried rebooting to no avail. Sort this out please ! We pay for your services, not to get put on hold through to customer service on the phone for hours on end.
