    @jacarandachick @TalkTalk @Ofcom So bad! I knew talk talk customer service was terrible but was tempted by fast speeds and a relatively low price! Disappointed now!

    @Ray_Delauney @TalkTalk I wouldn’t bother. They are horrific. Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

    @faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

    I think @TalkTalk might have the worst customer service in the UK. Every interaction with them has been inexcusably unpleasant and unhelpful

    @TalkTalk Ordered broadband off you and was installed 2 weeks ago. Engineer turned up at 4pm when he/she was suppose to arrive between 8am and 1pm. Broadband installed doesn't work called you said engineer would come on Thursday and nobody would need to be at house. Engineer turns up...

    @TalkTalk .. Says he cannot fix problem and that he needs to come inside property. Said I'm at work tells me to contact you online. I do that takes a while but promised an engineer on Saturday afternoon between 1pm and 6pm. Wait in all afternoon engineer doesnt turn up no message or call..

    @bt_uk We received the card in May, three months after we signed up. Which was the expiry of the deal. The service was better on @talktalk to be honest. Your staff threatened us with cutting us off for the fact we were complaining. I expected much more from you and you’ve delivered 💩

    @TalkTalk Yeah, still nothing- waited in today for an engineer who never came and I can't get hold of anyone over the phone, chat bot or DMs on here. Service is unbelievably bad. Can you let me know how to get a refund and cancel so we can change to a better provider? Ta
