@CrispyFloyd Bleuch! My aunt went with talktalk because they advertised in the national press, one reason I'd NEVER go with a company, spending on ads like that instead of putting it into infrastructure. And it was TERRIBLE. But she wouldn't listen (and then needed help all the time:/

@TalkTalk Issues yet again with internet service in Dunfermline area. Service been dropping in and out since Monday. Resetting router makes no difference. Others in the area with same issues. How do customers get assistance? Helpline is useless.
