I think @TalkTalk might have the worst customer service in the UK. Every interaction with them has been inexcusably unpleasant and unhelpful

@TalkTalk Why is it so difficult to cancel an account with you? Was meant to be done in august, called 4 times to do this and still not done. called customer service AGAIN and they cold transfer me to cancellations for the line to drop. 😡

hello @TalkTalk, one of your engineers has fixed a fault but the fault (internet dropping 4+ times a day, normally when I'm on meetings) persists and I can't navigate a way to escalate the fault to a human. Can you help please?

@TalkTalk No, you are useless. I spent 50 minutes talking to one of your reps and all she did was interrupt me and go back to the beginning of her company spiel. All I wanted to do was pay my bill because you can't even get a direct debit right. Utter crap
