@TalkTalk I suggest you get someone who can call to call me. I am a very vunerable person who needs to stay in touch with my crisis team. As I’ve used most of my phone credit being on hold to your ineffective customer care team trying to sort this. Not sorted.

Can’t believe how utterly useless and how much of my Saturday I have wasted trying to get any sense out of @TalkTalk. After speaking with an unhelpful live chat who told me to call, and then the phone team who confirmed my house move, I get a call this evening to cancel. USELESS.

@TalkTalk Then i suggest ypi het someone who can call me to call me asap. I am a vulnerable mentally very unwell person and I want to be able to email my support worker as well as well as not using all my phone credit phoning your ineffective customer care team AGAIN.

@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

@TalkTalk Nah, you're alright. I've DM'd you endless amounts of time since Oct. I'm just letting you know that you fail to deliver the service you are currently contracted to deliver. Renewal in March will be a breeze
