@TalkTalk My elderly parents have been without a land line and internet for 2 days now Saturday 4th Feb 5pm. No mobile so unable call anyone for help if needed. Only just found out as I had to pop in as not heard from them.

@TalkTalk we did contact your team 5 times in the last 2 hours and we got nowhere. They were rude, they were incompetent, even accused us of lying and not having any technical issue. If this is the way you provide your services and treat your customers you deserve to go out of business.

Hi my @VodafoneUK mobile will not ring my elderly parents talktalk landline ?? My parents mobiles also Vodaphone won’t ring their landline either !! Why is this ?? My sister is on EE can get through fine. It seems there is an issue between Vodaphone mobile & talktalk landline
