@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TheBardOfAnlaby I once told one of them to fk off when TalkTalk Banglalore phoned trying to sell broadband. Five minutes later his supervisor phoned and told me that her staff do not call people to get abuse thrown at them I told her to fk off too Never phoned again
