@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

I knew signing up with TalkTalk was a risk, but their router is shocking. Sat in the exact same position as my 5 year old BT router and signal fluctuates all day and teams meeting stutter. Avoid!

@TalkTalk Morning! - Half of our street have no phone line or WI-FI, this has been reported with yourselves and Openreach however no one is advising the date of fix. There is a telegraph pole with a loose wire still connected which is dangerous as well...

@itsnotaball @TalkTalk I already contacted them via DM and spent over an hour explaining the problem for the 20th time, which they were unable to resolve for the 20th time. So they put me in contact with their complaints team and I explained again for the 21st time. 1/2
