@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk So I can lied to some more? I was told I was 'refusing the resolution' and that I could either complain, or have the account fixed, but not both. Everything Talk Talk have said to me has been a lie or an insult, and I have it on recording.

Gotta love when @TalkTalk charge you for an engineer 3 months after the fact when you were told point blank that you'd only get charged if you weren't home. Well we were clearly home since the guy came in. That's £65 that we were never meant to be charged just gone.

@TalkTalk Internet has been absolutely abysmal the past few days, not working for up to an hour at a time several times a day. Cannot get through to speak to anyone about this. I want a discount on my next bill as you’re not providing the service promised.
