@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk I don’t understand how I’m unable to signup to a TalkTalk TV package because I have Full Fibre broadband with yourselves. I don’t understand how it’s not compatible as it shouldn’t require a phone line for a TV Signal.

@TalkTalk You lot need to stop harassing your loyal customers for payments when you already emailed telling me payment will be taken on 12th but everyday you have emailed telling me to pay now. Been a customer years and this behaviour is pissing me off. Am about to change internet provider

@TalkTalk I had a call last week about renewing my broadband as I had cancelled for a cheaper deal, i was promised a £40 voucher for Amazon/ John Lewis/debit card. All the information about my renewal doesn't mention it and I've had no further info about it. Can you help?
