@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk BB and landline started on 10/12 on 11/12 no landline & number of 11years gone live chat unhelpful says its outage prob no phone line almost 8 days ltr engineer booked for 17/12 No engineer on system shoddy service cancelled contract Never Again Worst provider & liars

Inside has changed. Internet connection to server: on - off - on - off etc. Incredibly frustrating and infuriating. More than 2 hours of my life on the phone to @TalkTalk and no solution, no appointment and intermittent internet! Not a happy customer at all!

@TalkTalk My broadband has dropped out at least six times today. I'm working from home, it simply isn't good enough. If the service doesn't improve by January I will have to move to a more reliable provider
