Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

Been waiting 3 months now for 14 months worth of compensation from @TalkTalk for issues with my internet. Keep getting told it'll be deducted off my next bill, but never has. Avoid them like the plague
