@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@deadwitchflying @TalkTalk it is, they actively breach the data protections, uk consumer rights, and banking laws to do so. I don't have the money to do **** though so yay poverty and throwing away the contacts that could have sued them for me.

@Jo2901TF @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk Jo. Good for you, these utility firms seem very happy to take your money off you but don’t want to offer you any sort of customer service for it. We had a bit of a problem with Severn Trent water, but eventually it got sorted thanks to a nice and extremely helpful engineer.

@TalkTalk @deadwitchflying Andy iu've been through this a few times, you cant help me. the systems are broken and some of your colleges have misfiled name change forums repeatedly, not let me change ISP or just end my contract because they wont update my ******* credentials to match my bank.
