Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk Clearly hasn't worked, getting a bit sick of this now, after a very long period of stability a previous network upgrade has caused no end of problems over the past few weeks. I can't even log into my account to report it!

@TalkTalk Please stop sending letters saying we owe £44 after you put up prices for once loyal customers mid contract. What's more you sent an email to say we are free to leave without penalty because of this. I have spoken to your customer service twice on this issue thus far.
