    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @TalkTalk last two weeks broadband keeps going down intermittently. Lasts about half an hour. Mainly evenings. Connection test gives test result as track fault

    @TalkTalk I am on the phone to your customer service line again now. I will DM you my account number. I am having to explain for the 6th time that our wifi etc is down. Yet again your operators are oblivious! Just astoundingly bad!

    @TalkTalk Still have a fault on my line despite being promised a fix. 3 months now. Extremely erratic, when it does work, constant disconnects, hours without any broadband. Utter joke.

    Hi @TalkTalk I’ve just been told it will take 5 days for a network team to contact me to help with my broke fibre broadband. I’m in the 14 day cooling off period - why should I stay?
