@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@danbarker They @TalkTalk still owe me hundreds of pounds from a bodged transfer. They are a disgrace of an organisation with rude staff. I suggest avoiding them

Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

@Heretoanywhere @TalkTalk I wish I'd known that before joining with them, & I'm sorry you've had issues with them too! I felt apoplectic earlier - countless hrs wasted, new engineer confirms they've pulled our phoneline & each step is more lies, more faff. Stress we could all do without.

@TalkTalk hi. A relative has been sent an updated talk talk box and they cannot access Netflix or now tv. Tech support have said they “have to sync with their phone”. To save me a 100 mile round trip, can you share how to use Netflix on the latest box please? Thanks!
