    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @danbarker They @TalkTalk still owe me hundreds of pounds from a bodged transfer. They are a disgrace of an organisation with rude staff. I suggest avoiding them

    @TalkTalk My current contract expires today. 2 weeks ago I agreed a new contract via your chatline, I was told a welcome pack would be posted. Nothing has arrived. When I log into my account it still shows that I will be out of contract today. Chatlines are down, please can you help.

    @anna_mintss Apparently it’s something to do with your internet service provider. Virgin and TalkTalk seem to be the ones having issues

    @talktalk Keep reinstating my account despite numerous cancellation requests (which are recorded) and no subsequent request to continue services from me. Customer service is abysmal, never had such awful service from a service provider.

    @TalkTalk Please, can you check our account? We have been having so much trouble, we were supposed to go live on the 2nd and it’s 13th today! Engineer came today and it is nothing we can help, he said he had put the notes, we cannot contact you. Please let me know if you can help.

    @TalkTalk seriously guys the customer service is shocking. Get your Full Fibre and normal internet teams aligned. On the phone now for an hour and still not sorted. So much for the upgrade now have 2 accounts about to be charged grrrrrrrr.
