@bromleyj @TalkTalk I could more simply have fitted a filtered master socket, however, once the issues are resolved, I can look at ADR option.. customer is due compensation for ISP failure to tackle this long ago. Also tried to alert OpenReach to site issues..

  • HannahTKeet Hannah Keet (@HannahTKeet) reported

@TalkTalk called you on Saturday to discuss my broadband contract. Agreed on a new contract over phone, you've not emailed me the contract or updated myTalkTalk. Help please.

  • El_Gibso Calum Gibson (@El_Gibso) reported

@TalkTalk And down again. Please, just one single month where it doesn't stop working? That's all I'm asking for? Its not too much to expect a broadband provider to provide broadband is it?

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@bromleyj @TalkTalk And, no, it will never have worked correctly, not even in the context of a city street, in a mobile not-spot, lacking FTTC, where ADSL speed max is 6mbps down.. guarantee of 1/1mbps up/down.. Alt option is VirginMedia.. much upheaval for elderly, light user.

  • bromleyj Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported

@Oxfordite @TalkTalk Clearly there's no point in even trying to diagnose or fix this until the line is properly terminated and filtered. How on earth was the installation ever allowed to happen like that? How has it ever worked properly? Maybe it hasn't...

  • NickyGoodwin79 Nicky (@NickyGoodwin79) reported

@TalkTalk I am constantly having internet problems and it has been over 12 hrs since it has been working today alone! I want to end my contract as this is rubbish!

  • NoToFOMOinvest GOODBYE STOCK MARKET (@NoToFOMOinvest) reported

@TalkTalk 5 engineer appointments later... still no internet and now I'm out of data and taking unpaid leave from work. I expect to be compensated. Yesterday I received a text 20 mins after contacting you saying an engineer had attended and resolved the issue. Clearly - A LIE

  • mitul1178 Mitul Patel (@mitul1178) reported

@TalkTalk I’ve had problems with Citrix all day! I keep getting disconnected and having to reconnect which is really impacting my capability to have calls/ virtual calls. Can you please investigate it as a matter of priority as this is unacceptable!!Thank you

  • FrankDieterT Frank Dieter T (@FrankDieterT) reported

@TalkTalk - Romeo, given that we were in full lockdown in July when you promised an 18 month price fix, your "justifications" above are empty and specious, and still leaves @TalkTalk in intended Breach of Contract. @Ofcom - fyi.

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@OpenreachHelp Hi. Sorry to message you, outside of ISP systems. Today, TalkTalk stated that they have booked a time slot of engineer to attend, Thurs 25 March, 13:00-18:00: 24 Stratfield Road, OX4 1SW, 01865727034. It may help you to know the (obvious) problem before you attend.
