@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@DiegoLovEU @TalkTalk @CitizensAdvice I second this, speaking with talktalk they keep making promises and they continually fail to deliver. #buyerbeware They even joke it off that their calls are recorded and they would be fired if they didn't fulfil what they claimed.

@Tonysmini I suggested this today and weren't interested. I have openreach engineer coming tomorrow morning. I plugged laptop directly into modem and it says no available Internet. Talktalk adamant it is an openreach fix. We will see tomorrow, cheers.

@TalkTalk continues to be the worst company I've ever interacted with. Third time they've rescheduled calling me about a complaint, then they let the phone ring for one second and texted me to say I'm uncontactable! . Two months no workable internet.

@TalkTalk I live in Canada, my elderly parents in Norfolk have not had internet for several weeks. They are in their 80’s and have had service calls that haven’t been able to resolve this. They order shopping online- this is unacceptable

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Apparently BBC1 The One Show like to know if these things as does the Times and Daily Mail. Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!
