    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @TalkTalk I don’t think I have ever experience such utter rubbish and crap customer service , you can’t get through on the phone and chat takes 45 mins to get an answer is everyone in the foreign call centre answering 50 chats each , it’s so so bad and broken spelling

    @TalkTalk Whoever had the idea of putting the "Future Fibre" team as a separate entity to the rest of the support system was just stupid cause they can't do their jobs properly and are impossible to get hold of... Mistake after mistake and no one cares.

    @Duffield8 @TalkTalk @BBCWatchdog Would like to know if BTOpenReach is sabotaging CityFibre. I'm told they can only deliver now on 31st August, due to third party damage on pole to cityfibre cable. (No guarantees still). Been trying since 18th July.

    @TalkTalk Tried calling customer service but no answer & the chat is perpetually busy!I specifically asked the sales person about your customer services bcz of your reputation&was told this had improved which is clearly not true!I’m in the middle of a family crisis & this is adding stress!
