    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @danbarker They @TalkTalk still owe me hundreds of pounds from a bodged transfer. They are a disgrace of an organisation with rude staff. I suggest avoiding them

    @TalkTalk 1742hrs, on hold (this time) since 1703hrs after "conversation" started 1623hrs, told the agent what the issue was at the start of the conversation and after 40 minutes they offer to connect me to the "correct team" Absolutely shocking customer service 👎👎👎

    @TalkTalk Hi , I'm trying to leave talk talk after no Internet since 14th October. I think we have now spoken to over 40 people in customer service, technical support, accounts and account closure but still going round in circles between departments & no one has got back to me #wanttogo

    @TalkTalk It feels deliberate. All I wanted is a SPACT code to the new provider. And your team acted like they don’t know what that means?! Explain to me to process to cancel broadband contract with you and move to another provider please cc: @shinjukutheif

    @TalkTalk I have spent probably 8 or 9 hours on calls over the last few days.... Frankly you've broke me..... As soon as I'm able the account will be closed and this family will never darken your company again. I appreciate your "reaching out" but its beyond that now....

    @TalkTalk How do I get my original contract reinstated? Letters of complaint ignored despite writing to the CEO. Telephone contact is basically impossible.
