@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

Jus' going to put this out there @TalkTalk are a truly awful Company. For a technology company they are quite shocking. Try to phone (cut off 4 times) sent a complaint they sent a link to chat (did not work) If anyone shorts the stock market I think they would be a good target

@georgiebingham I love these threads where BT Retail customers say 'switched to X' ISP and much better and it's like TalkTalk retail, EE, O2, Plusnet (BT) etc... They're all the same script robot support unless you're paying £40-50 a month with a business only ISP

When you sign up to @TalkTalk & they offer you £20 credit on your first bill and an Amazon voucher for £75 after your first bill... 4 months later I’m still chasing (3x) and been told today they will not honour it. Can’t even get out the contract, just appalling customer service!
