    @danbarker They @TalkTalk still owe me hundreds of pounds from a bodged transfer. They are a disgrace of an organisation with rude staff. I suggest avoiding them

    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @DonnaC_uk @TalkTalk They say to DM them. I did this last time and the agent told me its my WiFi and I should have it placed better which is ridiculous. Doesnt explain the fact that the router keeps going down and resetting

    @TalkTalk why send me an email 24th March acknowledging my complaint has been received, & someone will be in touch within 72 hours, then not contact me eithin the timeframe you set? Got the same email today, have you guys reset the timer? Customer service is non existent.

    @TalkTalk Raised a formal complaint and was told that a manager will call you its been almost 24 hours since am waiting. Cannot do my job due to this internet. It looks like the agents are just their with the manual to read out to you, without actually sorting the issue.

    @TalkTalk No point. I have an open complaint, a case with the mediator, and I'm waiting out the time on my DSAR to see if you comply even though you refused. You probably don't want me in your day.

    @TalkTalk Any chance one of your customer service advisors can actually enact what they say they are going to do? Cancelled 4 weeks ago, confirmed by phone by 4/5 advisors and still you chase a payment via email. Seriously what is going on??!
