    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @TalkTalk Hi there, yes there still seems to be a problem with our connection. Can't connect any devices other than my wifes phone. I've fully disconnected router etc several times with no change. Any help appreciated.

    SICK AND TIRED OF @TalkTalk 's f***ing appalling service! desperately trying to pursue an enquiry on DM - GIVEN my account number and phone details etc. answered security q's amending when necessary . there should be NO DOUBT that they are dealing with the correct person!

    Hey @TalkTalk are there problems in NE30 with internet - been going off intermittent for the last week? Not ideal when WFH, and using ethernet cable!

    @TalkTalk will happily take money for services they are failing to provide, and will ignore your attempts to contact them to resolve it. No care or regard for their customers. Not to mention, before our net/phone dropped out completely, our speeds were piss poor.

    If anyone is in any doubt about how utterly rubbish @TalkTalk's service and customer service is, I would also recommend you check out their TrustPilot reviews, I think they speak for themselves.

    @TalkTalk My upload speed isn't strong enough to upload my lesson vids & I'm worried about my students' learning. I spoke to an agent & they said there's nothing they can do. I've upgraded my package but it won't go live til 22/01. Please help! A stressed out teacher #edutwitter
