@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

@TalkTalk You bunch of bastards! A month ago I updated my account to a lower amount. You have now sent me an emails saying it's gone UP £7 a month & your site has collapsed so I have no way of contacting you. Been with you years - VERY POOR FORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@TalkTalk Hi, my father in law has dementia and cannot recall his passwords. We have power of attorney over his affairs. He wants to cancel his talk talk contract, but your staff are unhelpful and rude and are deliberately making it hard to cancel. This is appalling.
