@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk I have and I called that number twice got through to departments that put the phone down and the last time was put through to a manager that put the phone down!! Time for the ombudsman. @BBCWatchdog

@TalkTalk Why are you no longer supporting @RNIB and @Synapptic1 ? My parent is elderly, blind and relies on using Synapptic and listening books. Why are you making her life harder? (And by the way, your customer service is terrible. Bulling is the only word to describe it.)

@TalkTalk Hi can I have help, tried the phone but lines are closed and tried chat but no reply. Internet speed is dreadful. Remote worker (NHS) and can't tolerate this any more. Paying over £30 a month, long customer, since 2012. Your not providing your contractual obligations
