    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

    @danbarker They @TalkTalk still owe me hundreds of pounds from a bodged transfer. They are a disgrace of an organisation with rude staff. I suggest avoiding them

    @TalkTalk are the worst ever Internet provider and even if you complain they are still unable to help you. We are in 2021 @TalkTalk. I suggest that Tristia Harrison @TalkTalkGroup starts realising how awful a service customers actually receive.

    @TalkTalk girl I spoke to said ‘I’d love to help you but nothing I can do then hung up. Shocking, shocking service. Poor process at best, Financial abuse to vulnerable person in my opinion at worst- being charged for a service she can’t receive and can’t cancel????

    When @TalkTalk staff repeatedly lie to the customer then its time to contact OFCOM and leave TalkTalk in the dirt. Never have I had such poor service from so many despicable staff.
