@TalkTalk hi I am not a customer, but have TalkTalk equipment left behind in my home to return to you (router and TV box). Is it possible to arrange for a pre-paid envelope? Please DM. Have tried to chat on site and call, but it doesn't seem to work without holding an account.

Martyn Williams (@MartynWilliams2) reported
@TalkTalk I have sent a DM though I always suspect you only ask people to do this to stop the very obvious anger at your service being available for others to see. It is clear from previous DMS I was just fobbed off with promises because @talktalk hoped I'd forget about compensation.

Amber Love (@ALoveGlow) reported
@TalkTalk I would use the word 'propriety' rather than "legality" of my previous contracts, however your operative used the word "legal" in her explanation for why I was able to use your service for 10 yrs but now find I may have been mis-sold a product the ombudsman sees as unfit to offer
