@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

@OpenreachHelp Hi Antony, talktalk have to wait for openreach to replace the telegraph pole and rethread the cables before they can reconnect us. There has been absolutely no progress on this yet! We are losing days of work, pls send openreach people to fix it asap!

@TalkTalk really poor service! Left without internet since 22/12/20 and told can’t be fixed 28/12/20... and it still isn’t fixed on 29/12/20 and they disconnected phone line so can’t even use previous provider! Absolutely disgusting customer service!

@TalkTalk Oh I don’t have to give 30 days notice? Because my bill has just come through for 25/12-24/01 and it has the full price of the boost. So I’ve paid for it up until 24/01...but it will get cancelled in 24 hours? So it would be better to cancel just before 24/01?
