    Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    Hi @TalkTalk, I don't appreciate my mother receiving a letter threatening debt recovery for non payment of a bill when she already notified you, incl @VodafoneUK - her new internet supplier. She's recently become a widow & your customer service is much to be desired!

    @danbarker They @TalkTalk still owe me hundreds of pounds from a bodged transfer. They are a disgrace of an organisation with rude staff. I suggest avoiding them

    @CaroleLeslie @TalkTalk My very 1st 'internet' contract was with TT when they were in their infancy back in the early 2000's. It didn't end well and I'd rather iron my face than give them a penny more than I already have. Been with BT ever since and never had any issue. 👍

    @TalkTalk Can I suggest you read all the notes that must be on her account before anyone gets in touch again. Mum is completely fed up with the same basic questions and the same response that an engineer comes and says that it is an exchange problem. Then nothing gets done.

    @TalkTalk I am sick of this terrible service. Full fibre hasn’t worked since it was installed,when I contact you for help you tell me to ring a number which I do and go on hold forever then get told to use the chat facility online.I CANT GET ONLINE I HAVE NO WiFi !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @TalkTalk my mother has had 4 engineers to her house since February as she has had trouble with the land-line. Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

    I called @TalkTalk to chase up my complaint. Spent 2 hours 34 minutes on the phone, to be told my call had been rescheduled to tomorrow. When I said this was not acceptable I was promised a call back within 5 minutes... this call has not being received.
