It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! West Midlands Case Management LTD (@WMCMltd) reportedWe are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.
