It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

I will not give away personal details but it’s of public interest to expose TalkTalk’s practices how elderly vulnerable people are being dealt with.
