    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    Talktalk have arranged a time to get back to me for a 3rd complaint which was escelated because they never got back to me for a 2nd complaint which was logged because they never got back to be for a 1st complaint. Who thinks they won’t get back to me this time too?

    @TalkTalk hello, I’ve called Talk Talk customer service twice and both time the call has been disconnected. Don’t you have a phone line that works so I can actually get help as there’s no way to chat to your staff on the website ? #talktalk

    @Jmeflah @TalkTalk Also around G14, Internet has been dropping in an out all day. Service has been pretty inconsistent for the last month though. Call to TalkTalk didn't resolve.

    @TalkTalk Because I'm in an area with patchy mobile service I'm stuck with a landline. The loyalty team will offer nothing acceptable because I'm in contract but that's OK cos the minute my contracts up, I'm gone. The rise for the boost so far £4 in 13 months.Corporatetheft. Indefensible.

    the service from @TalkTalk in the last week has been the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Not normally one to complain but I have been ignored and hung up on and now been told I will have to wait at least another 5 days. It’s not like I have to work from home...oh wait

    @TalkTalk Whilst this is helpful, the planned maintenance was due to finish 6am. My Broadband went down 9:45 to 10:45. It has now went down again at 3:45. So this is impacting ability to work. The service centre says everything is working fine though.
