Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk TalkTalk were (understandably) rather annoyed as the line was still within the minimum term. I somehow managed to get it stopped (this was under the old switching rules) but Plusnet we’re too incompetent to work out how they had done this and fix it, so they ghosted me instead!

@TalkTalk Please contact me, you have cut my mums phone and internet off I called to say my dad passed away and to just change the name on the account 45 mins later I had to hang up as you call centre could not come of script Absolutely awful customer service !!!!
