@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@erincandescent @TalkTalk @Hyperoptic Even if there is some good reason (which is never stated transparently), I would still be against paying it. Switching internet should be as smooth and fee-lees as switching utilities. Hell, you can even CASS switch bank accounts for free.

@TalkTalk Could you please DM too? I was on here 11 hours talking to someone, until they stopped replying. I was not rude or aggressive to anyone, but just stopped getting a reply! I still have not got Internet connection since Sunday.
