@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalk It's back up now (no fault with line) as always, it's always near midnight, always comes back after 30 mins of cycling power. Bet you have s pile of users in Norwich area with same issue. Anything in the logs....

@TalkTalk lost me as a customer Saturday because they were not competitively priced(lost by 2gbp). I saved 7 gbp a month by changing. Lost my mum today as customer better offer if you phone tomorrow!!!! Saved 10gbp/month.TT lose 46gbp/month. Well done

@TalkTalk the worst service I have received in a long time!Ordered a month ago and given a Activation date of 21st July but still waiting for any sign of service! Keep being told we will call you tomorrow and then just receive a text saying we will call the following day. So poor

@TalkTalk Hi Rose. Still the same intermittent issues. Sometime the signal goes for a minute, sometimes 30 mins. No one touches my router or the cables. It just happens. Bit bored of it if I’m honest.

@TalkTalk As normal (without anouncement) line goes down for 30 mins near midnight (no amount of resetting improves) and comes back 30 mins later Once or twice a month in Norwich area. How about doing all the stuff you do at 12:00 as 3:00am. Way fewer using then.

@TalkTalk Not sure why my internet is down for….. apparently it’s not even supposed to affect my area. Can’t wait for @toobbroadband to come to my area so I can switch over for better service.
