@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@TalkTalkBizCare How long does it take to respond to a customer complaint? Logged a complaint in March&email every week to chase up I have spent hours on hold to complaints, but nothing! Our charity is awaiting a refund of over £200 from TalkTalk! Shocking customer service!!

@TalkTalk Worked with extremely patchy internet over a week however, today it has completely stopped working!!! No use of service center either. I work from home and have extremely urgent work which has been severely impacted. When can I expect a proper service???

@TalkTalk my house move has literally been ruined. How can you say Internet will be up and running in my new address in 24 hours, but when I call today it's going to take atleast 2 weeks? My housemate can't even leave the house, and is devastated. Please can you fix this? Thanks
