@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

On @TalkTalk chat, yet again. Their operative is asking me about the equipment in my house YET AGAIN, even though two of their engineers have said that the problem is not in my house or garden. It is the old wiring from my pole to the box, which they do not want to fix.

Being called stupid and need to be educated by an advisor at @TalkTalk, and then being told get a life, if I am not happy with the service then we don't want you as a customer. Brilliant service by talk talk

@TalkTalk Upset is an understatement. Your service is terrible, your connection is terrible. Everytime your company is contacted you go around the houses to avoid the problem rather than provide a solution. I wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy.

@TalkTalk Spent yesterday pm on calls then past hour on live chat and chat closed after I gave cancellation and order no. I have done all I can will talk up with governing body as this is very poor service

@TalkTalk Two engineers have come to diagnose the issue and both recommended a new router. WHERES the router? Instead you make us sit on the phone to a tech going over the same checks for hours. Terrible.

No word from @TalkTalk regarding the continuing problem with my broadband dropping out. Visit from Openreach engineer found one fault, but speed and intermittent drop appear no better.
