    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @danbarker They @TalkTalk still owe me hundreds of pounds from a bodged transfer. They are a disgrace of an organisation with rude staff. I suggest avoiding them

Dec2019 £42.95 Jan2020 £44.95 Oct2020 £46.45 Jan2021 £48.45 I think your 2019-20 revenues of £1.5billion reflect you collecting plenty of money.. your only worry is shareholder value.

    @LauraDuthie76 @jonathanboogles Sadly, if the question is, “Which is the right ISP for me?” - the answer is most unlikely to ever be TalkTalk .. most people require very little support, but when you need it, or when you suffer some unusual broadband gremlin, you need competent support without delay/obfuscation.

    @TalkTalk if I wouldn't have noticed the 30 day no charge early termination option would I have been tied into the deal I had even though you changed the terms... I'm basically asking is everything stacked in the favour of the multimillion pound ISPs and the customer just a walet

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have moved house and are having great difficulty without help in setting up their internet, phone and TV. They have repeatedly been on the phone to chat lines and real people without success. How can they get an engineer to come to the house

    @TalkTalk - stop hassling my 79 yr-old mother in a carehome. Your useless system won't allow me to set up a telephone password because YOU'VE SHUT DOWN THE ACCOUNT. I have Power of Attorney & I CAN'T IMPLEMENT IT. I'm trying to get the account sorted. 1/2
