    @Ray_Delauney @TalkTalk I wouldn’t bother. They are horrific. Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

    @TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

    @faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

    Not goof track record. She worked at TalkTalk when 2015 it suffered massive data breach from Wikipedia - ‘ ...noting that early on when asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don’t know"Also @ defunct Woolworths Thomas C

    @e_therp @TalkTalk That is disgusting. You need to switch providers ASAP. May I recommend @zeninternet? A local company,well established,recruit locally (from Lancashire) predominantly. I use them & recommend them to all my clients. Support & service second to none. Not the cheapest but great value

    @TalkTalk we were supposed to receive our new router for you future fibre package on the 23rd or March. This still hasn’t arrived and our existing internet has been cancelled leaving us with nothing. This is not good enough. What are you going to do to fix this

    @ukaudiophile @TalkTalk @zeninternet I would really welcome local support. I'm so tired of protracted phonecalls to overseas call centres and struggling to understand staff. Phonecalls I make take a minimum of 45 minutes each time and I am losing the will to live.

    @e_therp @TalkTalk @zeninternet You'll get none of that with Zen. I usually have an actual engineer (and I mean a technically trained person, not someone with a script) on the phone in around 5 - 6 minutes, and you know they're only a few miles away. That's on the rare occasion I have a tech issue.
