@AimeeVictoria_5 @TalkTalk If they’re not providing the service you pay for, they are in breach of contract so you should be able to leave. That said, all bar cable use the same infrastructure so probably better getting sorted with current provider. Should get some compensation though…

@AimeeVictoria_5 @TalkTalk I had the same problem..due to old BT lines…after 3 engineers visits who couldn’t fix it.Cancelled..they tried to charge me lots of money..told them they were in breach of contract..TalkTalk cancelled all charges and I got a refund

@TalkTalk 1.5h yesterday on the chat mum sat and told to call (she can't hear on phone). 0.5h on the phone with my support, transferred to 3 people (wrong last person I've been told), waiting for another transfer, call cut. HOW ON EARTH we can cancel the contract!?!?!?
