    @TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

    @skidders67 That should never happen, sadly it does, too often. TalkTalk called to speak to my dad, I said 3 times he was dead, her answer, we'll send a form for him to sign so we can speak to you. I asked which part of dead didn't she understand, days later form arrived for dad to sign. 🤬

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk talking to your support they say my move to home is rejected which is raised 3 weeks prior and now the sales team is selling me higher package also the time taken will be 10-12 days..this is pathetic...I need this resolution asap and compensation as well!! Disappointing

    Hats off to @OpenreachHelp, as soon as they're made aware of a vulnerable customer with a fault an engineer is there in 15 mins. Amazing service. Such a shame @talktalk can't step up and do the decent thing. Lesson, get a BT direct service (like I do).

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk the support is going in loops without any fixed resolution. This makes my life miserable and now I would require compensation for all this. I have been with support for more than 2 hrs on chat but seems in vain!!!

    @TalkTalk can you explain why you’ve cut my 84 year old mother off from her wifi / broadband when she pays her bills by direct debit please? She needs the service for lots of reasons and can’t get through to anyone by phone. Really not good…

    @TalkTalk we're without wifi again. An engineer should have been out to the local exchange by yesterday but if they have been then they haven't resolved the problem.

    85 year old vulnerable lady who relies on a call alarm connected to her landline. It transpires that the 5 days to get an Open reach engineer out is because @TalkTalk don't raise the case as a priority - despite you claiming you're using the 'welfare customer process'.
