The only feedback you get from twitter is DM them but you get absolutely no positive help just feedback that you already know. You get what you pay for low prices but very bad service. Avoid

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details donโt match. Call me cynical but itโs a quick way to resolve!

MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.
