We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me.
