    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk Absolutely horrendous, been in hold for 2 hours😨, got to no. 1 in the queue, then went back to no. 2, then cut off, rediculous service, or lack thereof. Used the service number as advertised, shocking

    Disappointed in the customer service from @TalkTalk - router packed up last Tuesday and had to wait for an engineer to confirm last Friday. Was told a new router would be ordered only to find out today that it hadn’t been. I work from home and rely on internet #noworknomoney

    @TalkTalk OVER 15 HOURS SPENT ON THE PHONE TRYING TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND THAT DOESNT WORK. AVOID TALK TALK AT ALL COSTS

    @TalkTalk were supposed to send an engineer out on the 14th. waited in all day & nobody came. spoke to customer services & they said “oops we got your mobile number wrong!”. then got a random call this morning saying “we want to send an engineer but we don’t know you address” wtf

    @TalkTalk how can you keep charging people 10 weeks after they have passed away? You're bereavement team is appalling. No sympathy and now sending another bill! The service wasn't even used. It went live after the person passed away but you are still charging?
