@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

Funny how Dido Harding was allowed to be part of the public service despite being the CEO of TalkTalk during its major Cyber attack and hacking situations, both times she showed how ignorant she is.

Had to use live chat with my old ISP. Even though I knew my problem, they threw me between multiple departments before landing on the right one. They transferred me to a department which has been closed for the day for almost 2 hours. **** TalkTalk. Never use them.

Stay away from @TalkTalk - Internet up and down, they try to convince you it's your fault, you complain and it's ignored and they want you to spend half and hour doing line tests. Sort it out.

@TalkTalk Called the number you gave me. The officer was very helpful but could not offer me a solution. He referred my case to his manager and told me I'd get a call back on my mobile within 48 hours. Still waiting...
