    @TalkTalk I’ve been a UFO customer for a while in York now and love it but I will gladly change to slower competitor if you continue to support through advertising the sort of right leaning hate content being peddled on GB News

    @talktalk overcharge a customer for two months, offer a refund but swear blind you did nothing wrong. A simple apology would have sorted this, but that seems to be beyond you. #SorryNotSorry #sorryseemstobethehardestword.

    @TalkTalk please sort out your Customer Service, been a Customer with two properties for a number of years, UFO plus TV packages and Boosts, my contract expires soon and just wasted an hour on calls to your team trying to understand renewal costs. #retrainingrequired #Customer

    @TalkTalk how can I tell if my service is cancelled as requested? Account dashboard is saying my contract ends 18 sept but I cancelled it from 30 July.

    Love it when @TalkTalk over charge me again for no good reason... so have to spend another 30 mins for them to ‘apologise’ and give me no reason as to why they’ve overcharged me... for it to just happen month in month out. Never ever go with this company!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I absolutely do NOT recommend TalkTalk. We spent hours trying to renew the contract. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

    @TalkTalk I have not had Internet now for 5 days, I spoke to you regarding this on the first day of no service, you said you was sending an engineer and then a home visit which I took time off work nobody came, you then just closed my complaint with no consultation this is poor

    @TalkTalk It’s an absolute joke. You ask irrelevant questions via your chat bot and then hang up telling me you’ve tested. I have had no chance to explain the problem. Worst customer service I’ve come across in years. And ‘ phoning on behalf of someone with a disability

    @JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
