@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

So @TalkTalk your service to NE33 has been a disaster today with frequent drop outs that made my working day a horror as I kept disconnecting from servers I was using and falling out of meetings as the connection failed again and again. Now same is happening with Spotify and FB

I had to call them to cancel, although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until too late!
