Guy takes agesss then tells me to ring a 24hr helpline(free from yer landline but mines not working), mobile it is then. Automated questions then “we’re closed right now” absolutely ******* raving 😖🤬

As an existing customer I enquired about a week ago and was told to wait until I heard. Seems like loyalty penalty

You have supposedly removed it from my account twice now, yet I’m still getting charged... the company is a con if you ask me
