    @TalkTalk I’ve been a customer for some years. I spoke to a neighbour while the fibre was being laid. He had an offer of UFO months ago. As an existing customer I enquired about a week ago and was told to wait until I heard. Seems like loyalty penalty

    @TalkTalk Install our broadband this week after numerous failings on your part when it should be up and running as of last Thursday! Now having to wait till 29th January. Unacceptable and shocking service

    @TalkTalk My father does. The internet speed is frankly not acceptable for what we are paying and even what we were promised on contract. Seeming lack of willingness to actually send a person out to physically explore and diagnose the issue on your part is puzzling after lots of web chats

    @PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

    @TalkTalk I'm sick to death of your rubbish service. Now on my third day of being unable to WFH effectively because you are not providing the Internet service. We've reported the problem several times yet your Web page states there are no issues - it is impossible to speak to you

    @davidsilkstone @superbantam123 @TalkTalk Thanks for the suggestion David. To be honest, my mobile network connection is very poor, so not sure this helps. Besides which, TalkTalk need to sort themselves out! This is the third major outage this year!

    @onemichaelrossi @TalkTalk Yesterday I told talktalk that many others were experiencing the same problem, for them to then tell me that openreach had "just" informed them of an issue at the Bingley exchange, only for openreach to tell me this morning they are not aware of any issue at the exchange. 😠😩😵

    @TalkTalk The broadband issues are now running into a second day. You're reporting the issue is fixed but its not here in Bingley, Yorkshire. Up and down constantly for the past 24 hours. Currently down.
