    @TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

    @TalkTalk I’ve been a customer for some years. I spoke to a neighbour while the fibre was being laid. He had an offer of UFO months ago. As an existing customer I enquired about a week ago and was told to wait until I heard. Seems like loyalty penalty

    @PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

    Yorkies: Is anyone else's @TalkTalk UFO connection down? Unhelpfully, they don't have any customer service channels open on a Sunday, so unsure if it's just me.

    @TalkTalk A afternoon wasted merely to resolve a matter that you have failed to contact me about for 6 months... TalkTalk has never had a good rep I only joined for convince and it's turned out to be far from it.

    Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

    @J_Disborough @TalkTalk Down in York too and now more often down than ever working. Terrible service and totally unpredictable when it works and when it doesn't

    @Plusnet still waiting for a reply. Tried ringing your number but no-one is available till Monday. Thought switching to you would be easy. I will be ringing Monday to cancel my contract and be returning to @TalkTalk

    For the second month running, @Talktalk have tried closing a complaint ticket by pretending not to have received a reply. The quality of @TalkTalkGroup's (presumably outsourced) African support centre is appalling. #TalkTalk should be avoided.

    Had @talktalk full fibre for 9 days now. Not impressed as it has never worked. They have set up their end incorrectly, and seem in no hurry to fix it. Their engineer not coming until Tuesday pm Not sure why they insist on an engineer to my house as the problem isn't here

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk , cusotmere service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service
