    Yorkies: Is anyone else's @TalkTalk UFO connection down? Unhelpfully, they don't have any customer service channels open on a Sunday, so unsure if it's just me.

    Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

    @TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

    @talktalk overcharge a customer for two months, offer a refund but swear blind you did nothing wrong. A simple apology would have sorted this, but that seems to be beyond you. #SorryNotSorry #sorryseemstobethehardestword.

    @talktalk, they are very good tricksters this company, they promise you a call back the next day, after you've wasted 2hrs of your life trying to get through to them and asking to solve your problem, they even give you a time slot!! Problem is, they never phone you back!!

    @TalkTalk wonder why costumers are leaving and they are going bust... well when you shaft customers with prices hikes like i see in my contract renewal isnt it any wonder people are telling you to **** off... 4 quid price hikes a year. Get a ******* grip *****

    @TalkTalk I think you're either wrong or TalkTalk have changed their tune! TT encouraged the use of Outlook through your site and now your recinding that support of Outlook's usage! I can't move on as my TT e-mail address is TT but my address book, diary and reminders are with Outlook!
