Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

85 year old vulnerable lady who relies on a call alarm connected to her landline. It transpires that the 5 days to get an Open reach engineer out is because @TalkTalk don't raise the case as a priority - despite you claiming you're using the 'welfare customer process'.

Been waiting an hour three days running for talk talk tech support to arrange a landline fault. It’s my elderly mother in law who has has a pendant alarm for when she has a fall. TalkTalk can’t reach there own department to sort it still on hold right now
