@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

I'm not in Hayne Rd (but just round corner); a friend lives in flats there and he's getting the same thing. Not the suppliers; he's Vodafone & I'm TalkTalk, but times are in synch so it's definitely in the exchange.

@HughSykes @TalkTalk I had that - went on for 2 weeks while I went round in circles with their helpdesk. In the end I switched providers. Recommend doing that - no problems now.
