Guy takes agesss then tells me to ring a 24hr helpline(free from yer landline but mines not working), mobile it is then. Automated questions then “we’re closed right now” absolutely ******* raving 😖🤬

My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)
