@PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

@TalkTalk Omg the past 3 years as a customer you’ve had no interest in me, complaints ignored, threaten me with no service, lie about BT’s switch over and then offer me the world. Shocking tactics when l decide enough is enough! Stay away from TT!

@TalkTalk I've sent an email complaint regarding my cancellation on Monday 18th January and I've not yet had a response. And I'm continuing to get overdue bill reminders, despite me cancelling at the beginning of December. I owe nothing more than what I have paid to date.
