    @TalkTalk on hold with your advisors - email explicitly states “As a loyal TalkTalk customer your upgrade is available at no extra cost. You won’t pay any more than you do today” advisor says this is ‘misleading’ as we will have to enter a new contract on a new price?

    @MarcoP40410218 @TalkTalk I just was on TalkTalk Chat .. outage in YO31 area. Then after they checked the router etc I got a text to say the engineer is fixing the outage but it could be a couple of days! Not good. I hope this generic text is wrong time wise 😒

    @inawemrsb I have had @talktalk fitted today after 18 years with @virginmedia. Improvement is brilliant!. Virgins service is abysmal, support is terrible and hope you dont get the arrogant little **** i got in retentions. Rude wasnt in it. I will never go back to them again #wasteofspace
