@PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

@TalkTalk Why have you sent 3 different engineers to my house in the last 2 months to install internet without doing the ducting work first! This is a joke and TalkTalk’s customer service have NO clue on the matter. After being “assured” time and time again you still get it wrong! Useless.

@TalkTalk really you lie so much it is not fully back. if it was fixed it would not cut out every few minutes. I am in contract til october but I am considering getting legal advice as you are not providing the contracted service and just pissing about.

@TalkTalk Able to check what Mitchell, I’m well aware it’s not resolved! Like the majority of M7 M8 M9 I have no broadband and haven’t had since Sunday morning. You can assist us all further by getting your engineers to fix the problem properly!!

@TalkTalk Service has been terrible since Sunday and still had to pay my Internet bill yesterday, it’s ridiculous having to pay for something we do not even have because you can’t fix the issue!

@TalkTalk Have you guys got a broadband problem in the Norwich area? There is nothing on your website about this but there was an outage last night, and today my speeds are about 10-20% of normal with quite high latency.
