@PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

@TalkTalk As I don’t live at the address or use the service. I did get a hold of someone they said it wasn’t possible to cancel today, I asked to raise a complaint but got told was unable to do this aswell

@TalkTalk have just called to cancel, 3rd attempt. Been told have to call back in 24hours and there is no where I can give notice of cancellation in writing. Every other time tried calling be out on hold for hours or cut off. Scamming bastards

@TalkTalk..terrible customer service. We are frontline workers having to work from home. Wifi drops off every single morning, asked to jump through many hoops to test system. It’s the output of the router which apparently I can buy for £120.....loyalty..pah
