@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

@talktalk overcharge a customer for two months, offer a refund but swear blind you did nothing wrong. A simple apology would have sorted this, but that seems to be beyond you. #SorryNotSorry #sorryseemstobethehardestword.

Since last couple of months I am facing issue with wifi channels congestion. I was told to upgrade to a new service. I did that and now even worst. I've to restart the router everyday to use the internet. @TalkTalk customer rep team not helpful at all. worst customer service 😡😡

@SteeHolmes @TalkTalk Down here in Bingley BD16 on and off all day, I had a meeting too the afternoon and updates to a website didn't save when it cut out, 4 hours work wasted today. The service really isn't good enough when you're working from home!

@BumboSwerve @TalkTalk Yes. Still got issues. I did do the test the asked hours ago during a time it was down & it said it was a problem with their network. Not got any better though.
