@TalkTalk Your customer service is ludicrous & so scripted that it is laughable. How can you carry out "planned maintenance" completely cutting off service to your customers with ZERO notification ?!?! No internet service for a potential 72 hours & no warning given !

Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

@TalkTalk My father does. The internet speed is frankly not acceptable for what we are paying and even what we were promised on contract. Seeming lack of willingness to actually send a person out to physically explore and diagnose the issue on your part is puzzling after lots of web chats
