So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
