    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    We left @TalkTalk because they had been overcharging - for a TV service we weren't getting. They agreed with our new ISP the cutover date. They cut us off at 235959 of the cutover. But then they billed us for the full month... They will credit us the money in 14 days...

    @TalkTalk internet constantly cutting off for short periods of time. Ran a connection test and received a text to book an engineer (for the millionth time) problem is you website doesn't lete do this or talk to anyone. This has been a recurring issue for months.

    @j0nch0i @TalkTalk you are not alone, we have been on the phone over a week with no internet they are fobbing us off everyday there is not one person to speak to who can help with diagnostics, it is unbelievable.
