Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

Can’t get thru on the phone despite your lines supposed to be open from 8am and no response when I try to contact via LiveChat. Useless!
