@TalkTalk it’s in my partner’s name, he’s been speaking with your customer service for 2hrs yesterday and another 2hrs today. they’ve told us there’s no service issue, which seeing the amount of people with outages i don’t believe. but we’ll see what the £40 engineer finds 🥲

@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

@TalkTalk Have now spent over two hours trying to get explanation and help as to why my dad's internet connection with you is down. He's 89, was widowed last week and is very dependent on this connection as we're trying to sort things out.
