    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @HarvardBiz But twitter is sometimes the only channel they give me to make a complaint and get help. Their phone help is convoluted and hardly ever ends up with a human and their chat is no where to be found. Side eye for you Talktalk.

    @heytrixxie @TalkTalk Convenient, keep pestering, if they can't fix or meet their minimum guaranteed speed within 30 days sure they should allow penalty free exit. Never will I go with TalkTalk, does anyone actually recommend them?
