@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Hours wasted on @TalkTalk this week. All I got from it is a tight chest and stress. Might as well have talked to my garden wall. Would have been way less stressful. Told to DM, got a sarcastic reply when I did, after which I got no further response to my problems they created.
