    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    @PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

    So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

    I’ve been trying to cancel my @TalkTalk subscription / internet service for WEEKS but can’t seem to get through to anyone, not even a helpful bot. Twitter shaming is my last resort. Does any human being actually work for this ISP and how do I get you to stop charging me?!

    After years as a customer of @TalkTalk, have just decided to end my custom and cancel my account due to the most appalling customer service. Email sent to their CEO #TristiaHarrison to let her know why but sometimes you wonder if these companies ever learn. Dreadful.
