My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
