Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

Very intermittent and don't blame the routers or my line as during the first lockdown had similar issues. And the fault was actually BT messing about in the area. Now again similar issues. HA9 area.

It’s openreach who will be sent out by the incompetent BT to fix it. For the most part the engineers are good but the BT side is shite
