@TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk Oh yeah no, I've phoned them and spoken to the MULTIPLE times. They just don't give a ****. My account is STILL active after I moved out of a property 4 MONTHS ago. and they still haven't canceled the account and send a bill every single month. I feel like this will go on forever

@TalkTalk what a shambles. Set up new acct for 93yr old. Still no equipment or welcome pack. No service but taking money on 31st. Tried calling to set up and noone listening so now ancelling. Told can't do that as this poor man can't answer the security questions so! so unhelpful
