    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk your service to my father was awful whilst he was alive and now you bill him when he’s dead and his home is empty despite being told and closing his account. If you don’t respond I’ll see you in court

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    Oops Talktalk no longer in Gravesend! Spent over an hour speaking to customer service which is based in the Philippines (!) Played the geriatric game and now have an engineer’s visit scheduled for tomorrow. If no joy, EE here I come!

    @TalkTalk I am absolutely dumbfounded at the lack of customer service you display. I have been trying to retrieve my old talktalk email for 2 weeks now and have even had to pay for the pleasure! Yet despite 6 calls, 3 Web chats and 3 twitter chats,my issue remains unsolved
