Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach.
