    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

    @TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

    @TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

    @TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    Woo-freaking-hoo, after 4 months (actually 18 weeks), the nightmare is over and #TalkTalk have put the refund in my bank. If they were the only internet provider in the world, I still wouldn't be a customer ever again. Would rather do without. Such a relief now 😌😌😌

    @talktalk, I've dmed you but just so people know your service levels. Internet down last sat night. 1st level Sunday, couldn't fix. Into l2 contact in 3 days. Logged complaint Tuesday. No l2 contact till complaint handler contacted Thursday. Ran thru same stuff. Pushed f/w 1/

    Poor service @TalkTalk. Ordered full fibre 11 days ago, told it would be connected today, never received emails after giving bank details for DD. After an HOUR on phone yesters discovered order had never gone through. Could hardly hear or make out what Indian lady was saying..

    @MultiFan2000 I know, it's very poor customer service from #TalkTalk - 12 phone calls, stress, and 4 months to cancel, another call to get the refund. I told them my thoughts in DM. Hopefully the end of the sorry saga, but I'm free now! 🥳

    @talktalk Reopen REP-12237045, issues not sorted. Did the 20mins off tonight, no cxn & when I tried to live chat (9am- 9pm) at 8:28 you're gone. The family impact is awful, having had a moments hope when new router delivered; not fixed & I am livid.
