@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@TalkTalk Talktalk creates StressStress. Getting thro to and then talking to individual Customer Service is challenging. Each person I have spoken to seems to contradict the other and the issue does not get resolved. Of course I pay for this service being a TalkTalk customer!?!? Unhappy.

@tara1966 @TalkTalk Oh I've kept my proof... I no longer trust talktalk as far as I could throw them.. literally treated me like dirt a loyal longterm customer 3 month into an 18 month fixed term agreement then told your price is going up regardless of our agreement or you can leave if you want to.

@TalkTalk Hi, is it possible for you to send me a Wi-Fi signal booster? Over the last few months the signal is dropping out in the bedroom and we can't use the WiFi unless we are in the same room as the router. Tried resetting, and all other troubleshooting steps.
