    @PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk your service to my father was awful whilst he was alive and now you bill him when he’s dead and his home is empty despite being told and closing his account. If you don’t respond I’ll see you in court

    @BodyPiercerYzzy Interesting... Sky, virgin, and talktalk are 3 that I have discarded because everyone say they are shite (I had bad experiences with all 3 too)

    Absolutely shocking service from @TalkTalk - AVOID AVOID - and the staff have attitude. Been trying to cancel my contract since May - utterly ridiculous

    @TalkTalk moved into a new property on Fri. Old owners had TalkTalk 9.45mbps (left) were told we can get ~1mbps? With no reply explanation why! Can’t get problem progressed with @OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp Can you send out an engineer to sort? We have jobs we need to do!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalkBizCare what is the deal with your so called ‘customer service’? You ask customers to unscrew things in sockets and solve engineering issues for you. You forget that you are being PAID to be the service provider. I don’t work for talk talk!!!

    @TalkTalk Still having issues. It’s been going on for well over a year and happens every few months. I’m fed up with having to take equipment apart to fix it over and over. Staff seem to think it’s ok to expect customers to work for talk talk.
