    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    Ever thought about being a @TalkTalk customer? Well don't! I'm trying to help a very vulnerable lady open an account and all they've done is pass her from pillar to post causing her great upset. If trying to become a customer is this bad imagine how bad being one must be!!

    Been having an issue with my Talk Talk TV box and had to contact them today. What a nightmare 😪! You have to live chat and I was cut off twice without a resolution. @TalkTalk I am paying the same as always with sub standard service 😔

    Now transferred to technical department of @TalkTalk, who have offered me £2.35 as compensation for a month of problems. It appears that after each complaint from me, they closed the complaint as sorted.
