@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Yay moving to @BT via @EE hope i get better internet speed than #TalkTalk (paid for fast fibre and get half service only to be advised I can pay for engineer or pay for new router yeah right - bye bye after over 15 years!). Should get refund for paying for service didn’t get!

@TalkTalk why is it impossible to cancel. I’m not in contract with you anymore. Call centre is telling lies. Live chat is always down or repeats my question back to me. I sent a letter but still not cancelled! Won’t ever use talk talk again 🤮
