Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

No Broadband for 12 days. 2 visits from talktalk engineers and 1 from openreach all agree that you have switched my fibre service in error. 9 hours on calls to every dept who keep passing me around as no one wants to help. What now!!
