@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

@TalkTalk I would however via DM I am, as always, told to check and adjust my settings. Often, after multiple customers publicly report the same fault, you’ll admit to and resolve the issue. Last time I changed settings it made matters worse as it was never a fault from my end.

@TalkTalk Thank you for reaching out however it’s working again. No settings changed just returned to normal around 7pm. This issue occurs often however it does not help when TalkTalk HQ deny knowledge of a fault, instead instructing customers to investigate and repair it themselves.
