    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk your service to my father was awful whilst he was alive and now you bill him when he’s dead and his home is empty despite being told and closing his account. If you don’t respond I’ll see you in court

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday explaining my TalkTalk router had just 'died'. Had to argue for a replacement and still have not received a confirmation email or text. Your customer service is abysmal.

    A word of warning about @TalkTalk in the UK. My elderly parents in their 80’s have been without their internet since before Xmas. TalkTalk have promised them a replacement router that finally arrived this evening, 3 weeks later. Their call center abroad is v poor.

    @TalkTalk I spent an hour yesterday on Futurefibrechat and got nowhere and was cut off by the last of 3 people. Customer service, I dont think so.
