    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

    So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

    Looks like @TalkTalk is down across Wakefield and Leeds. Our router is on in WF2 and showing the white light but no connection.

    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    Your company is utterly ****. I can’t remember the last time I was this angry. Your staff are useless. 3+ hours of my time I’ve spent on the phone and you charged me £98 then cut my internet and cancelled the account. Do not go with this provider! @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Unfortunately I'm a customer with talktalk With crap internet. Constantly dropping speeds or none. And DNS server can't be reached. They want to charge more! I would leave if they upped the price. There are only 2 companies that supply internet in my area. BT is my other option.

    @fitbatweets I'm with talktalk, on the top tier optic fibre. 500mb speeds, for 35 quid a month , been spot on for me, in about 5 years I can count the issues I've had in 1 hand and always been fixed within a day except one time due to heavy flooding at the exchange
