Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

@TalkTalk Reported a fault on my telephone line. At the same time i find out there is an outage in my area. I, under instructions, taking my white box to bits and told I'll probably need an engineer. Funny enough, telephone working ok now and text to say outage sorted.

@TalkTalk Nothing will get sorted as the engineers who are fixing is 3rd party. My biggest complaint is my parent not able to speak to there friends at Christmas wishing them a happy one. For talk talk who are big they can’t even fix a phone line.
