@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

@TimTjkdecs @TalkTalk Been there myself when I had Virgin 10 years ago (back in the 3G days). Not good when have to leave your phone connected via a cable to your file server & then use the file server as a router to share the limited bandwidth around the network. Bluetooth headset was bliss then!!!
