On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
