@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@JohnBeTweeting @Jediwilt Are you with TalkTalk by any chance? I have exactly the same experience every time I renew my contract. Their tech support is useless, but their internet isn't bad once you negotiate a fair price. It's just wrong how they take advantage of people who struggle at phone haggling.

ARGGGGGGG. Just spent 1.5 hours on [mobile] phone [which has poor signal] to @TalkTalk being passed round different departments telling me about FTPC or some such & all doing the same tests...and my landline still doesn't work.

@talktalk wont let me cancel my broadband. Been passed between 8 people so far. This must be illegal. Worst broadband provider. Avoid them
