    @TalkTalk it’s in my partner’s name, he’s been speaking with your customer service for 2hrs yesterday and another 2hrs today. they’ve told us there’s no service issue, which seeing the amount of people with outages i don’t believe. but we’ll see what the £40 engineer finds 🥲

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

    @TalkTalk I've checked and I'm in the affected area (BD16). There should be no need to DM you, you should be updating more often. Been nearly 24 hours now and it's still not working. Then I see you have planned maintenance tonight, meaning even more time it's down...

    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

    Beware of @TalkTalk they will stop at nothing to rip you off by forcing you into contracts Mum passed, I told them, instead of monthly rolling contract they gave me her contract so can’t cancel until 10/21!? #TalkTalkRippingOffTheBereaved

    @TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk don't send the new Fibre 35 Router i have got my nearly new Dsl 3782 Router Modem Working again. the problem was with my Phone Landline i have just had This Checked out and Tested. i have an older o/s Windows Vista that is Great Thank you from jeremy

    @2019annhill @TalkTalk BT caused the problem but they just don't communicate plus you have to report every 24 hours ...we know the router was working it was after that the BT man messed up and didn't bother to come and tell us ...v poor service and thinking of cancelling the contract in cooling off tim

    Wouldn't recommend @TalkTalk service ..internet switch on Tuesday and the BT guy just left us without any line at all knowing I am working for NHS from home ..still waiting to for you to resolve today because I can't see you solving it over Xmas ? Don't change to @TalkTalk !!

    @KathedraleSound I saw TalkTalk at the Genesis reunion at Milton Keynes a few years ago. It was a long cold rainy day and they received a terrible reception from the crowd. Quite sad 🙁
