@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

I was then transferred (twice) to another Dept which - amazingly - didn’t answer, which meant I had to restart the entire rigmarole again. Twice. Suffice to say I was fuming by the end. Not good (:

I ended up almost potty-mouthed. Left a bad taste. But it’s done now. End of my contribution on the topic. Have gone the satellite route :)
