On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.
