So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

Complaint made. @TalkTalk won't reply in writing, want 2 speak on the call. Part of complaint reason - customer unable 2 hear on tel. TT won't resolve till speaking on call, keep charging 4 unused service. What next, want blind customer to read & sign documents? @CitizensAdvice
