-
♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)
-
Catherine Lorryman (@CatherineLorry1) reported from Snaith, England@sythe1st_ @TalkTalk I am in the same situation and they are no help what so ever.
-
♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

real exclusive dude (@_droves) reported from Doncaster, England@TalkTalk Your customer services are unbelievably poor
-
Catherine Lorryman (@CatherineLorry1) reported from Snaith, England@TalkTalk Your answer is pay lots of money to get out of a contract for a service I am not receiving. Not helpful at all then.
-
♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..
-
♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

Langho Rovers (@langhorovers) reported@VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Neil Russell (@rusticman991) reportedBeware TalkTalk. What a diabolical experience I've just had with TalkTalk. It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
-
TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@DeborahNeedham Hi Debzzz, sorry for the worry! If you’re an active TalkTalk customer and emails linked, you shouldn’t be asked to pay for your email service. This message may have been sent in error. -Mandisa

Neil Russell (@rusticman991) reportedWhat is going on with TalkTalk ? My WiFi suddenly cut off hours ago. I can't login to my account. It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi BT/TalkTalk engineers handle physical line installs, router swaps, and scheduling—delays like wrong-day visits or multi-router troubleshooting happen from stock issues, testing, or coordination, not "programming" to block service. No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven. Exact dates of the TalkTalk/BT visits?
-
Paul (@PaulUtd16) reportedHi @TalkTalk is there a reason why you sent an engineer round to fix a problem at my elderly parents just to leave them without internet or phone line for the bank holiday weekend?
-
Elmo (@Elmo198686) reported@TalkTalk what's going on my area code starts with BT35 and it's currently 1:42am and my internet is down there is a steady red light on my Eero 6 router
