Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Snaith and nearby locations:

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

  • _droves real exclusive dude (@_droves) reported from Doncaster, England

@TalkTalk Your customer services are unbelievably poor

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

  • OwenGriffiths11 Owen Griffiths🔴 (@OwenGriffiths11) reported from Seaforth, England

@TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

  • LastMinuteLeese Leese 🇬🇧 (@LastMinuteLeese) reported from Mossley, England

Awesome. No internet even though the service status says no problems in my area. I call bs on that @TalkTalk.

  • LauraEcob88 Laura Daukintis (@LauraEcob88) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, England

@TalkTalk Back on but was down all day yesterday and I have a smart house so nothing worked!!

  • HPILLminster Helen Kilminster (@HPILLminster) reported from Droitwich Spa, England

@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

  • lozzzknight Lauren Ruddock 🏳️‍🌈🔬 (@lozzzknight) reported from York, England

@TalkTalk My father does. The internet speed is frankly not acceptable for what we are paying and even what we were promised on contract. Seeming lack of willingness to actually send a person out to physically explore and diagnose the issue on your part is puzzling after lots of web chats

  • PhilTonks2 Phil Tonks (@PhilTonks2) reported from Dudley, England

@alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia If they mess me about, I'll simply move. I was lied to, ignored and never resolved with @TalkTalk - and they have the cheek to send me rubbish about how they "miss" me. Try doing anything with 0.3mbs.

  • EdwiraTientcheu Edwira Tientcheu👑 (@EdwiraTientcheu) reported from Manchester, England

@TalkTalk you lot have the worst WiFi, why is I’m having to use my mobile data more than the WiFi itself. Fix up🤢

  • lozzzknight Lauren Ruddock 🏳️‍🌈🔬 (@lozzzknight) reported from York, England

@TalkTalk There's not enough characters to go into it on here... Nobody is taking responsibility for the faulty equipment... The router is not the problem

  • eveashwell Eve (@eveashwell) reported from Penkridge, England

@NART1 @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I’d tweet, write and email your request to cancel so you have a written record of your attempts, as well as keep calling. Then write to Ofcom the ombudsman who will be able to assist if they won’t comply or refund you. Good luck 🤞
