Andrew Gorton (@andygee007) reported from Riccall, England@PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..
-
real exclusive dude (@_droves) reported from Doncaster, England@TalkTalk Your customer services are unbelievably poor
-
♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.
-
♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)
-
Auric Goldfinger (@ReginaldDrax) reported from Doncaster, England@jubu66 @TalkTalk I have same problem. Not ideal toddler in lockdown. A few appear to have this issue last thing I need after work.
-
♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕
-
Catherine Lorryman (@CatherineLorry1) reported from Snaith, England@TalkTalk Your answer is pay lots of money to get out of a contract for a service I am not receiving. Not helpful at all then.
-

MillerJones (@MillerJ04480452) reported@ShemaleNudity @TalkTalk Why did your friend not just do like 99% of people setup a direct debit then there is no issue. How did your friend send payment? How can they take money if they are the one sending it to them? A lot of the story doesn't make sense. That company just like VM r know to b awful
-
Mary Holmes (@maryholmes61) reported@TalkTalk what is happening with the email service? I can't log in! And who is Everymail?
-
Azraël (@azrael_options) reported@FirstSquawk TalkTalk headlines are a classic deal-premium trap — retail sees a spike and forgets the network arm is being carved out. Market makers will pin price while algos front-run the headline, but the real bid only shows once Octopus puts terms on paper. If those talks collapse, the gap down burns every late buyer — and that's exactly when the smart money quietly steps in.
-
Tommy McNulty (@mcnulty_tommy) reported@TalkTalkGroup absolute disgrace. Impossible to contact due to account number, log ins etc being forgotten (my 80 year old dad) and now we’ve cancelled and gone with Sky you won’t stop calling the poor man, causing him real upset. Scum bags #talktalk
-
xsandwich (@xsandwich) reported@TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom
-
Nick Fletcher (@GaribaldiNG2) reported@TalkTalk over the last couple of months Ive tried to log in to renew my contract rather than pay the out of contract price. Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?
-
Agent PBA (@butchermatt) reported@TalkTalk If I'm moving out of a flat why send me a return bag for the routers TO THE OLD ADDRESS? I need it sending to the new address or to a friend who can post them back! Help!!!
-
Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?

Carly Louise Abbott (@CarlyLouiseGlen) reported@WeAreOpenreach my dad is now having issues with his talk talk WiFi not working. Not getting anywhere with Talktalk. They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
