@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

@BarefootLady @TalkTalk If you have a VPN service you can circumnavigate this. I have just done this and its working fine, so I'm guessing its certain servers only that are affected

@TalkTalk I'm having daily outages randomly and your website login is pathetic to try and find out problems as thinks everything is fine when it is not. I would like to terminate my contract due to your service being so unreliable especially after a price increase???!!!
