    @TalkTalk your customer service is well definitely not up to scratch 4 phone calls over two days for a mistake on your end just to be told tough it’s not our fault

    @TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

    @TalkTalk A little question. Any way to improve the WiFi signal or is your equipment that bad? Can't even go under 10m and a wall before starting to crap out

    @monsieur_rowley @TalkTalk thats awful in every way. Its possible if they aren't hitting the promised service that they would allow you to leave for free if you phone them, check your contract to see what minimum speeds were quoted. i think Which have a guide for how to complain about broadband speeds

    @TalkTalk I've just received the most pointless phone call from Hugh, picking up a complaint that I've raised about repeated offers being sent to me after I'd confirmed that the contract owner was dead and the house being sold. #customerservice

    So @TalkTalk . Ive had no broadband since 1st November. I have no working phone line. I have been told since 3rd Nov a manager will call me....and still nothing. Truly the worst customer experience ever.

    @TalkTalk received a call to upgrade to fibre 3 weeks ago,ordered and received date for engineer to arrive. Took day off work. Didnt show up. Rang to find out where they are to be told they didn’t put the order through. Now engineer not available for over a month.terrible service

    @TalkTalk As I stated there is no maintenance or issue showing in my area, but community help say when my line is tested they get a return saying there is a network event in my area, which is Openreach related. Can you confirm?

    @TalkTalk The Isi. I’m getting a recorded message telling me there have been problems since 20th of October. This is the 2nd day that I’ve had no internet whatsoever. Very difficult to order shopping, medication from GP online etc.

    @TalkTalk Intermittent internet cut offs between hours 3-5am in Stoke AGAIN. Never had this problem before. Furious.
