    @TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

    @PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

    @BodyPiercerYzzy Interesting... Sky, virgin, and talktalk are 3 that I have discarded because everyone say they are shite (I had bad experiences with all 3 too)

    @TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

    @TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

    @TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

    @TalkTalk You miss the point. You commit to a contract and you honour it. Or, if you wish to change the terms you might negotiate, but you don’t send an “up yours” email out telling customers to lump it or leave it. Thousands, like me, will leave TalkTalk. Your business should fail.

    @TalkTalk your technical help&customer service is absolutely shocking I've been in about 3 online chats the last 2 days think I'm getting somewhere & they don't bother getting back to me ..I've also sent an email of complaint yous have charged me £38 a month for months...

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I have made a complaint on the 27 Feb and no one from your company has had the courtesy to deal with this. I have been promised callbacks. I have never heard such rude comments and bad customer service! I await your response.
