@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

@TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

I NEVER do this, but in the 9th day of no internet connection because @TalkTalk cut me off without my permission….7+ hours of phone calls…No joined up processes….no follow up as promised….I am at a loss 😡 Needless to say, I will be changing provider. But seriously @TalkTalk?

@TalkTalk I understand down time is a natural and organic part of the business, however it would be good to have a heads up and not to get conflicting information on the website. I constantly get offers from other ISPs but have remained loyal.

@TalkTalk equivalent to a market stall barter. They give me a price I say too high, back and forth. I say fine I will cancel they say 30 days I say no they say ok we can do 7. This is no way to conduct yourselves … utterly appalling

@TalkTalk @Ofcom internet has been down for over 24 hours which has affected me from WFH today! Full day of work lost been on the phone to talktalk all day getting no where, keep getting told to call back and then they keep disconnecting me disgusted in the service 😡😡😡😡😡

@TalkTalk That was the response I got 5 hours ago via the web-bot. Whilst all guidance tells me that there is no problem with the connection. Ive always been happy with the service until now.
