@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

@TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

@TalkTalk sort your internet service out!!! This has been dropping for the last week and half now! You sent bt out they sorted and said no issue with lane you asked me to do a factory reset and now guess what it is down again! My mobile phone is giving me better internet

@Lewis48062659 @TalkTalk Yes I used to upload a video it took 20 minutes now it’s taking hours and I upload at 3-4 am so they can’t hide behind there’s a lot of people using the service coz of covid as most people are asleep at those times

@TalkTalk I was told by someone in your tech dept that my router was faulty so they would send another one, I’ve checked with a router that I know works and I can connect to that but not the internet, can’t get through on any help lines ?

@alleshallbewele @NOWTV We used to have Sky fibre broadband...every night it would cut out which then caused issues for our heating, cctv and alarm (couldn’t access them!). So we ditched Sky as soon as we could. Currently with TalkTalk and have had no problems.

So, I'm going to be cut-off by BT even though I'm a TalkTalk customer and I'm going to be charged annually for Amazon Prime, even though I have a monthly Direct Debit. I wish these Scammers would do some basic research. Like I'm a Insane Megalomaniac and Daleks are on their way.
