    @TalkTalk your customer service is well definitely not up to scratch 4 phone calls over two days for a mistake on your end just to be told tough it’s not our fault

    @TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

    @TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

    @TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

    @BodyPiercerYzzy Interesting... Sky, virgin, and talktalk are 3 that I have discarded because everyone say they are shite (I had bad experiences with all 3 too)

    @TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

    @TalkTalk did a house move 4 days ago, still no internet or phone. Engineer booked this morning never arrived. Now your phone lines are down so I can’t even go through troubleshooting again with an advisor. Shocking, shocking service.

    @grogzzz @TalkTalk Lucky you getting an engineer visit. They failed to book an engineer for me and now I’m 4 days over my connection go live date still with no phone or internet. An engineer was meant to come today but never turned up, and because of customer service being down I can’t chase it!
