@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

If you want to have problems every month because the workers are terrible and they don't seem to KNOW HOW TO READ. Get @TalkTalk . No, it's better to go to a company that doesn't touch your nose and at least knows how to read and understand what people write.

if you want my advice, don't get internet with @TalkTalk . From the first day they have given me problems, and to this day (after quitting 2 months ago) they keep on giving me errors that are already bothering me. Checks your dms @TalkTalk , and stop bothering me, please

@TalkTalk absolutely terrible service. Cancelled my service last month and still getting charged!!! Just got off the phone to customer service to sort it out after being on hold for 45 mins to find out it's 30 days to disconnect!!! So talk talk are charging me for their error!!!
