    @TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

    @BodyPiercerYzzy Interesting... Sky, virgin, and talktalk are 3 that I have discarded because everyone say they are shite (I had bad experiences with all 3 too)

    @TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

    @TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

    @TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

    @TalkTalk Hi, a fault was found on my line 3 days ago and said an engineer would be out to fix the issue in 2-3 days but it’s still not working. Can you let me know when it will be sorted as we need broadband to work from home! Thanks

    Rather frustrating morning, I've been waiting for 5 hours for a @talktalk engineer - no notification of any problem, no-one at Talktalk able to tell me what's going on.

    @TalkTalk day 5 of connection I've barely reached 7mbps when I'm paying for 65! If its not sorted soon it'll be the end of our contract. I've got two phones connected that's it. Shockingly awful.
