@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@finbarjameson @PhilipJohnWylie @Beckenham What's most infuriating is the lack of info. We have a big impact but TalkTalk play it down like it's a minor thing. I encourage everyone to get on to their suppliers and keep the pressure on. It's an Openreach thing, but that's the suppliers' problem, not ours.
