@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@TalkTalk Status page shows email as fine. Outlook won't connect. Can see emails on your site. Used exact same password when resetting up new Outlook profile but it suggests user/pass is wrong, but I copied all IMAP settings from your docs. Tried on another device and network too
