@TalkTalk I’ve been a customer for some years. I spoke to a neighbour while the fibre was being laid. He had an offer of UFO months ago. As an existing customer I enquired about a week ago and was told to wait until I heard. Seems like loyalty penalty

@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

@TalkTalk It’sclear now, I got a new bank card last month and so unbeknown to me the payment didn’t go out as I would normally on first day of month, talk talk informed me to avoid a charge to pay immediately which I did ( 1day late) yet you’ve still fined me ! A customer of over 10yrs ?

@TalkTalk 80 year old mother in laws email account hacked, password has been changed. Fraud committed. Police / bank notified. Unable to restore access to talktalk email as chat agents unable to help. 6 agents, 4 hours in total. Just keep sending her to reset password page.

@TalkTalk Hi. My Internet went down at about 12.30 or so. A few of the reporting sites reported a big spike in reports for talktalk at about that time. Here in Gloucestershire it's still down. Any news?
