@TalkTalk Yes, you’ve charged me for ‘call divert’ AGAIN which I never asked for on my account, we don’t have a landline, and therefore did not agree to pay for it. You have supposedly removed it from my account twice now, yet I’m still getting charged... the company is a con if you ask me

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

OMG! Live chat to @TalkTalk about my lack of Ultra Fibre Optic. Guy takes agesss then tells me to ring a 24hr helpline(free from yer landline but mines not working), mobile it is then. Automated questions then “we’re closed right now” absolutely ******* raving 😖🤬

Nice one @virginmedia you’ve lost a loyal customer as you’ve increased my bill by over £22 with no warning. Service continues to be mediocre at best and goes up every year (without fail) with no improvements. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup York’s Ultra Fibre Optic here we come!

@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

Love it when @TalkTalk over charge me again for no good reason... so have to spend another 30 mins for them to ‘apologise’ and give me no reason as to why they’ve overcharged me... for it to just happen month in month out. Never ever go with this company!!!!!

@TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

@moving_charlie @TalkTalk Had similar issues with Virgin Media - they refused to process my cancellation instruction (I was out of contract) because I told them I was moving house (they insisted on having my new address, which I refused). Ended up just cancelling my DD and posting the router to their HQ.

@TalkTalk for over 7 weeks I have run line tests and you have come to the conclusion everything is fine yet the speed from my router to devices is less than 1mbps!!! You tell me you can see an issue and to chat to someone yet I can't because your WiFi will not allow me too!!!!

I am struggling to get any response from @TalkTalk , customer services not replying or cancelling / timing out my online chat and calls not answered. I need a router, as advised by engineer who fixed the line in September. Any chance of a call back and fixing the issue?

@TalkTalk literally no way to report a fault with broadband. All support systems go to a chat bot or answerphone message that just instructs you to restart the router. Any attempt to connect to a live support staff fails. Will be contacting trading standards.
