@talktalk overcharge a customer for two months, offer a refund but swear blind you did nothing wrong. A simple apology would have sorted this, but that seems to be beyond you. #SorryNotSorry #sorryseemstobethehardestword.

@TalkTalk I’ve been a customer for some years. I spoke to a neighbour while the fibre was being laid. He had an offer of UFO months ago. As an existing customer I enquired about a week ago and was told to wait until I heard. Seems like loyalty penalty

@TalkTalk My father does. The internet speed is frankly not acceptable for what we are paying and even what we were promised on contract. Seeming lack of willingness to actually send a person out to physically explore and diagnose the issue on your part is puzzling after lots of web chats

@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

@TalkTalk I chatted to an operative on 30/3/22 about a loss of internet and eventually got an engineer on 2/4/22 who replaced the router. The same problem occurred 11/4/22 and after chatting I was told that someone would ring me. I have not heard anything since.
