    Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

    @TalkTalk Your customer service is ludicrous & so scripted that it is laughable. How can you carry out "planned maintenance" completely cutting off service to your customers with ZERO notification ?!?! No internet service for a potential 72 hours & no warning given !

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I simply asked the question of talktalk why as a very long standing customer my package was going up and the introductory offer was cheaper and they instantly gave me the introductory price.
