@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

@TalkTalk I’ve been a customer for some years. I spoke to a neighbour while the fibre was being laid. He had an offer of UFO months ago. As an existing customer I enquired about a week ago and was told to wait until I heard. Seems like loyalty penalty

If you have a contract with @TalkTalk keep in mind they have 30 days to fix any connection issues before you can cancel the contract without any fees.
