♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

Olivia Holloway (@_oliviaholloway) reported from York, EnglandLove it when @TalkTalk over charge me again for no good reason... so have to spend another 30 mins for them to ‘apologise’ and give me no reason as to why they’ve overcharged me... for it to just happen month in month out. Olivia Holloway (@_oliviaholloway) reported from York, England@TalkTalk Yes, you’ve charged me for ‘call divert’ AGAIN which I never asked for on my account, we don’t have a landline, and therefore did not agree to pay for it. TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
JamesOMahoney (@JamesOMahoney) reported@TalkTalk Can't believe that @TalkTalk are continuing to bill my late mother who died in October 2025. In April 2026 this Disgrace of a company continue to bill with no phone service.
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
-
Olorin Henderson (@olorinhenderson) reported@NPhil1 @TalkTalk I mean, customer services weren't open at the time of the outage, how would you expect them to leave a voice message? By rubbing Mystic Meg's crystal ball the night before?
-
Chrissy Oag (@OagChrissy) reported@TalkTalk hi is there a problem in Wick Caithness
-
Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?
-
RMB (@RachelMorag99) reported@TalkTalk I have no internet or WiFi this morning, so can’t start work. Your website is also down, please can we have an update? Am in Warwickshire
