Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

@TalkTalk Your customer service is ludicrous & so scripted that it is laughable. How can you carry out "planned maintenance" completely cutting off service to your customers with ZERO notification ?!?! No internet service for a potential 72 hours & no warning given !

Jesus! I’ve no landline & @TalkTalk booked me an engineer for next week (my call to delay). Well he messaged me today & ‘fixed’ the problem. In doing so, I’ve still got no landline & now no broadband either!! He’s blaming #TalkTalk & I’m defending them. The World’s gone mad!

Wow @TalkTalk you are awful! We are trying to cancel our account as your broadband is terrible. The phone lines to cancel accounts is closed. If we don’t cancel today we don’t get our money back. How can we ensure we get our 30 day guarantee back please without the charge?!
