The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
