  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk Its not our right to say “yes” to have that done. My point is, we are left currently with very weak wifi signal, and it feels Talk Talk just want to point the finger at Openreach. At the end of the day, our family will be the ones out of pocket, even if we could fix it😕

  • GrahamRelton Graham Relton (@GrahamRelton) reported from York, England

Nice one @virginmedia you’ve lost a loyal customer as you’ve increased my bill by over £22 with no warning. Service continues to be mediocre at best and goes up every year (without fail) with no improvements. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup York’s Ultra Fibre Optic here we come!

  • afrokid1982 Calvin Rowe (@afrokid1982) reported from Great and Little Preston, England

@TalkTalk your customer service is well definitely not up to scratch 4 phone calls over two days for a mistake on your end just to be told tough it’s not our fault

  • mjgarrity72 Martin Garrity (@mjgarrity72) reported from Strensall with Towthorpe, England

@TalkTalk is the internet down in YO32 - no connection at all

  • artdude543 Kieron @ World (@artdude543) reported from York, England

So hopefully I'll be able to finally order and get @TalkTalk UFO installed to my house. Only taken two weeks to cancel a broken order. Hopefully get a deal too for being messed around too.

  • jaycoll99 jason Collinson (@jaycoll99) reported from York, England

@TalkTalk your customer service is shambles. I’ve only been a customer for 4 weeks 😡😡

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

  • anitawils151 🏉Annette🐕 (@anitawils151) reported from York, England

OMG! Live chat to @TalkTalk about my lack of Ultra Fibre Optic. Guy takes agesss then tells me to ring a 24hr helpline(free from yer landline but mines not working), mobile it is then. Automated questions then “we’re closed right now” absolutely ******* raving 😖🤬

  • anitawils151 🏉Annette🐕 (@anitawils151) reported from York, England

@TalkTalk I rang today and they are trying to fix things, thank you

  • mjgarrity72 Martin Garrity (@mjgarrity72) reported from Strensall with Towthorpe, England

@TalkTalk @GrayPayne Tiscali and Tinyworld emails not working either

  • _oliviaholloway Olivia Holloway (@_oliviaholloway) reported from York, England

@TalkTalk Yes, you’ve charged me for ‘call divert’ AGAIN which I never asked for on my account, we don’t have a landline, and therefore did not agree to pay for it. You have supposedly removed it from my account twice now, yet I’m still getting charged... the company is a con if you ask me

  • paulo9973 Paul Thompson (@paulo9973) reported from York, England

@TalkTalk Install our broadband this week after numerous failings on your part when it should be up and running as of last Thursday! Now having to wait till 29th January. Unacceptable and shocking service

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

  • paulo9973 Paul Thompson (@paulo9973) reported from York, England

@TalkTalk talk shit more like! Unprofessional amateurs, wish I’d have stayed with @Sky

  • col456ander Driver Col..... (@col456ander) reported from York, England

Thank you @TalkTalk for showing me your system issues and poor customer service in my cooling off period. Think I've dodged a bullet, just a shame they are the only provider of @talktalkufoyork.

  • ConstableCazenn Tom (@ConstableCazenn) reported from York, England

Of course my internet would go down while I'm watching #RAW. The bad thing is on my @TalkTalk router the light is green not red! Terrible!

  • x__teekay__x ♡☆T E E - K A Y☆♡ (@x__teekay__x) reported from Thorpe Willoughby, England

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

  • paulo9973 Paul Thompson (@paulo9973) reported from York, England

@TalkTalk And the level of customer service is beyond shocking. Both myself and my wife took time off to be in for both appointments only to have wasted our time! To say I am pissed off is an understatement

What's happening @TalkTalk We reported a major issue with our router on Tuesday. You said you were "looking into it" Then radio silence! We can't find anywhere on your site to be able to call you! You have 1hr to respond to this by DM. If you don't it will be "Walk walk"

  • GmanIOW Graham Cooper (@GmanIOW) reported

@lilacbeagle @skytv I’m guessing you have TalkTalk as your internet provider? It looks like there was a break down in communication between the router & the Sky box!!

  • OskiRL Oski (@OskiRL) reported

Anyone in the UK using TalkTalk as their internet provider, it’s been out all day and they are not answering the phone just curious if it’s just me or an outage

  • vauxste Steve (@vauxste) reported

@matt_trevillion @lilacbeagle @skytv Same here, been on sky community and something about talktalk broadband issue. Getting a bit peed off at mo and can see sky tv getting binned. Sort it out sky.

  • annedavies127 annedavies (@annedavies127) reported

What is it with @TalkTalk? Charged me 2x Direct Debit this month. Open my account to Contact Customer Services. Tick a box to confirm I'm not a robot. Message sent to my phone so I can talk to a bloody robot. 🙄 I click on message and it's flagged up as Spam. What a **** show!

  • SteveSmith40242 Steve Smith (@SteveSmith40242) reported

@TalkTalk I’d like to know if I can cancel my contact early (before it’s up for renewal).

  • stacksmith81 Stack Smith (@stacksmith81) reported

@talktalk already charge me nearly £40 a month for an inadequate service, a full fibre package when I have a copper connection to the house... now they want £80 for a new router because the one they originally supplied will not support updates... Please avoid Talktalk

  • vicbolt Vicki Bolton (@vicbolt) reported

.@TalkTalk I need help for my elderly neighbour. OpenReach dug up the street and cut off her phone and internet. She only has a 'brick' mobile and needs to talk to a real person to report the fault and get an engineer to come out. Can you help? This is an access issue.

  • BoveFromAbove Inevitable Chris (@BoveFromAbove) reported

@ALAW_89_MOT @traceya12 It's a valid concern, but is the government's track record really worse than that of private companies like Equifax, TalkTalk, or the numerous others that have experienced massive data breaches? If we abandoned any technology with a risk of data loss, we'd have no online banking or digital NHS records. The solution isn't to reject progress; it's to build more secure systems. A modern Digital ID is designed to be far more secure than anything that has come before. It's not one giant, hackable database. Security is built in through: • Decentralisation: The ID lives encrypted on your phone, not in a single government pot. • Encryption: All communication is end-to-end encrypted. • Biometrics: It requires your face or fingerprint to work. Losing your phone is infinitely safer than losing your wallet. One is a useless, encrypted brick to a thief; the other gives them your world.
