@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

Hi @TalkTalk . I moved house and ordered future fibre. Go live date was 7/3 but have not received router. Have spent >6 hours on helplines in last 3 weeks. Told on Sunday 6/3 router order hadn't been submitted! Still no confirmation of being sent for delivery. Service terrible.

@TalkTalk Just got off a 1 hour 40 minute phone call with no resolution. Huge disruption as Wife works from home. She's pregnant and has had to go to the office to get internet to do her job. Increased Covid risk and extra travel costs. Compensation offered has been derisory.

Had someone come to my door trying to sell @TalkTalk FTTP broadband. When I said I'd rather go with another provider because of their awful customer support he claimed they were the only ones able to provide it through @CityFibre at my address. This was a blatant lie on his part.
