@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

I have been trying to get rid of them since November, despite countless calls, hours on the phone, disconnections, poor reception, passed around dept's, shameless social media team who just send you back to the call centres.
