Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

Unsurprisingly couldn’t resolve my issue how he liked as kept having ‘technical’ issues and couldn’t get the team to sort it. So the solution was… for me to sign up for a new package! No way. I left! @OpenreachHelp had a TalkTalk engineer come yesterday to look at a Wi-Fi problem. He told me it was a line fault & u would need to sort it. He said he would call u but I’ve had no confirmation that that happened and no idea what’s next. Could you let me know the latest please?
