Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

@TalkTalk Sending DMs solves the probably maybe for a week or two. Then they come back. What is the point? And at no point has anyone answered if I'll get any compensation for the amount of mobile data I have to use. Thank christ I'm not working from home just now.

@TalkTalk I'm exhausted with Talktalk's incompetent help desk. After 2 engineer visit and a new router, we still don't have internet. Hours wasted on the phone and chat last 20 days and they've sent a second router, promising it'll solve the problem. They are like a cancer cell!
