@PoetNaff @TalkTalk I've heard nothing but bad things about talktalk I was with virgin media for absolutely years, with very few problems but they don't do broadband in this area I've moved to. Sky have been a constant disappointment, and I had to go through a friend of a friend to get help once!

@TalkTalk I can't sign in to my talktalk email account because the sign in box is covered with a great big Disney advert. This is nothing to do with infrastructure. Please do something about it. I can't be the only one.

@TalkTalk I ignored the “we are closed” and tried online support chat.. So much effort in to faking this being a human staff chatting.. delays whilst the “agent is writing” .. Insulting to a human customer? You bet. It was just a chatbot after all.

@OpenreachHelp I just wanted your staff to know what the situation was.. I’ll bet your supervisors prefer to know in advance what vague job orders actually mean and likely how long they’ll take? Open-ended ‘attend ADSL fault’ tickets must be vexing? They result from @TalkTalk support chatbots.
