@PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

@TalkTalk I’ve been a customer for some years. I spoke to a neighbour while the fibre was being laid. He had an offer of UFO months ago. As an existing customer I enquired about a week ago and was told to wait until I heard. Seems like loyalty penalty

@TalkTalk Hello, having major issues since we upgraded to Fibre 65. The connection is very temperamental. When it's running smooth it's fine, but quite often for no reason at all the WiFi isn't even good enough to play music on Alexa over WiFi, and I experience quite severe packet loss

@DuurtyDon @TalkTalk If they carry on with your contract they have to send pre contract information u have over one year to cancel if they have not done tbat. the rights change. A new contract u have a 14 day cooling off period. They use ***** tricks by not answering or putting phone down

@TalkTalk you have the worst customer service. Took ages to get my broadband back on line, engineer came out and I’ve been wrongfully charged for them to come out. Told yesterday that I’d have the £65 removed from my bill and 36hrs later you’re still charging me. Useless.

Anyone know the process to escalate a complaint when @TalkTalk just keep ignoring you? I raised a complaint months ago & despite them scheduling multiple calls they haven’t actually contacted me once. When I call all they do is arrange a complaints manager to call who never does
