@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Got to hand it to @TalkTalk, they sent me a new router (unasked, just because mine was an old model). I was dreading changing it over but it was absolutely seamless and even my wifi extenders were connected with no issues.

@PsychoboyUK @virginmedia @TalkTalk tbf its a matter of principle as well. I was very honest on the call with the fraud person, they on the other hand didn't disclose they are fraud checking. I was speaking very casually, I also had a bad throat as I have a cold and I asked what the call was about too!
