    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

    @TalkTalk I have just wasted 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel my service, my contracts over, I don't want to continue paying and I've been hung up on 4 times. I don't have time to wait on the phone, I have to go to work and today was also for doing my uni coursework.

    @TalkTalk we did contact your team 5 times in the last 2 hours and we got nowhere. They were rude, they were incompetent, even accused us of lying and not having any technical issue. If this is the way you provide your services and treat your customers you deserve to go out of business.
