@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

@TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

@TalkTalk After being transferred multiple times and messed about multiple times.I spent hours on the phone and this could have been resolved if you sent an engineer to my house. I made the best decision and left TalkTalk and I will be advising others never to sign up. @TalkTalk #talktalk

@Luke_Drage @TalkTalk Type 192.168.1.1 on an internet browser, login to the router using the admin password that's on router and look for DNS, change from automatic to Google, but there are others like cloudflare and opendns that are decent
