@AlyT1 @sammeegiles @TalkTalk Had no end of problems with Talk Talk. Kept cutting our services off despite us never missing a payment...turned out it was crediting someone else's account! When relaying info back to my husband I was told to shut up by a Talk Talk advisor whilst on the phone for over an hour!

@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

@TalkTalk became a new customer in Oct/19 , no service so reported 19/11/19 (no refund either)...today no service, again! They're sending a new router so min 2 days, when I reckon it's probably a mast fault like last time!😫

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@TalkTalk called on 1/8/22 to cancel our contract as service is a shambles. Agreed service would terminate after 30 days on 31/8/22. So how come I received an email on 24/8/22 saying a new contract starts on 28/8/22.

@TalkTalk talk talk you could do with sorting your customer service out . After receiving an email to renew contract with a phone number on I was told by one of yours it was a scam and number doesn't exist !! It does because i rang it again any got lovely lady called Bonnie !!!

@TalkTalk you have disconnected my 74 year old mothers broadband and phone, leaving a vulnerable woman alone, saying she has moved but she never did. You customer service is shocking, every time you get through they hang up. No one wants to help. My mother is 74 & vulnerable.

@TalkTalk I am appalled at the customer service I have received this evening and through the past 2 months. Please be aware they have 0 aftercare and try to get out of processing the correct amount of compensation. I have been lied to and almost deceived by your advisors.
