@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@_alicebeer please help with @TalkTalk as for years our internet has been appalling but now we have virtually NO internet with speeds of under 2MG per second! Fobbed us off with excuses and new router but vital NHS worker and partner and A level son getting desperate!!

@TalkTalk No home phone or broadband service for 27 hours in Upton area of the Wirral. Reported fault via chat absolutely no help. My wife is in recovery from surgery we need phone and access to internet. When will repairs be made at local exchange?
