    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk broadband was working fine this morning until about 0745ish until it stopped. Light on router just flashes white/orange. Hasn't worked since. Have tried all help steps (replace filter, turn off/on, test socket). Still nothing. #TalkTalk #TalkTalkBroadband

    @TalkTalk so my connection went down around 2am, I reset my router at 10am because it still wasn't back on, and now it has gone off three more times. What is going on?

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk I have @plusnethelp - no land line rental and not a single outage in four years. Highly recommended if you feel like switching.

    @TalkTalk Hi Harold - Open Reach have been out this morning and have checked the line. There was a fault on it but that was cleared last night. We have hard reset the router this morning (not as advised by TalkTalk BTW) and fingers crossed, we may have resolved the issue. 0/10 for service.

    @TalkTalk Originally, but after resetting the router multiple times, it’s gone back to the same colour without any signal.

    @TalkTalk The issue occurred when using wireless, however it’s the entire router that’s down, not just a disconnect to one thing

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Julie they put mine up to over£34 at end of contract I complained said I would leave renegotiated got it down to £22 had tolisten to load of xxxxx this includes Netflix but worth it in end how did job go btw
