@talktalk what is happening with your speed, major connection issues after kelly services repaired my wire. Cust svce has 'issues' too, call back in 3-4hkurs. REALLY?? I run an online business and without a decent connection I lose £300/day !!!!

@TalkTalk Hiya, we called at about 9.45am because our internet is down and were told of the system failures and the 2-3 hour wait. Can I confirm 4 hours later if we still need to wait 2-3 more hours?
