@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk Doing it again just now. Either both 79.79.79.79 and 79.79.79.80 are down or your Wifi Hub isn't trying both. Changed the second one to 8.8.8.8 and it's fine.

@TalkTalk That's not a lot of help to my Mum and she can't be the only one. Basically your saying cancel you Internet (cos she can no longer afford it) lose your email address....not a policy I would be proud to implement

@TalkTalk Thank you for your email “News about your service” relating to the impending price increase, with the line dropping at least once a day the ‘service’ isn’t worth the current fee and you intend to make it even worse value

@TalkTalk Don't worry, your systems seem to have magically started working again for me. You really should check down detector though. Lots of people reporting issues at the time I and others had them. A huge spike in reports
