@TalkTalk The bill you have sent me for termination of my contract is over 200 pounds. If this is not waived I will be taking it to the small claims court, as I have never had a working service. The ball is in your court now as to whether or not I go to the small claims court. Thanks

@RupertBarnes1 @TalkTalk I managed to set up a new account with TalkTalk but still remains to be seen whether I’ll continue to be billed by SSE. I would encourage @TalkTalk to ensure SSE letters are updated with working phone numbers and the entity situation clarified to all customer service assistants.

@TalkTalk No point DM’ing, done that Y’day & u personally told me Loyiso u couldn’t help & call the technical helpline, guess what they didn’t help either, just hung up on me! Would it be easier to just cancel my account and go to another supplier?? @geteero @Ofcom
