@TalkTalk please contact me ASAP. This is the 4th time I've had the same problem and have taken steps to leave your company. You are now demanding a payment with no payment systems working and no phone lines active. I record my calls too and they are very interesting.

Big congratulations to TalkTalk for setting up their website in such a way that you can’t contact anyone if you have an issue, their service must be so fantastic. If your media dept is seeing this get them to pop a number or email I can actually communicate with someone Please!

@virginmedia Last access to email was Oct 1. I was with Virgin for landline & broadband until they were taken over by TalkTalk. Not current cable customer. Password I've been using for 10+ years not recognised. Tried to reset but security answer and DOB apparently incorrect. They are not.

@TalkTalk Morning looking forward to my contract ending on the 13th. However you’ll be taking payment in advance for the month ahead will the difference be refunded back to bank account or shall I cancel ddand then pay you for the days broadband that I’d have? New fibre goes live on 15th?
