    @TalkTalk Hi - our complaint #s are 409083 and 409094. My wife was due a call today btw 10-12 and didn’t receive anything. Her job means it’s really hard to answer during the day - this has been ongoing for 2 weeks. We have no data on our mobile contracts so can’t work at home! Help pls!

    @TalkTalk Kindly acknowledge my 14 day right to cancel and that you accept that this is my right to cancel .. You've cut me off twice and send emails warning me not to stop my direct debit without getting in touch .. Cut off telephone calls X2 No reply email Now I have your attention

    @TalkTalk absolutely atrocious service. You cut our internet off a fortnight ago. Say you’ll call but don’t. No idea of when this will be resolved. Cannot believe service like this exists in 2023!

    @CoveViewHoliday @TalkTalk I’ve had the same problem with Talktalk! They lie all the time and up their prices. You are better off switching as soon as possible! I have and it’s a lot less hassle!

    @TalkTalk I have been trying to cancel, I am in my cooling off period I have wasted hours on chat with different people and still no help. I have been given the number for cancellations when I ring it asks for my home phone number or mobile I have tried both and its not working

    @TalkTalk Another day of trying to get a National call booster removed from my 90 year old mother in laws billing.. simple yes?? Ohhh no!! Ntokozo couldn’t have been less helpful or shown less empathy (clearly passed the talk talk customer service test👍) More tomorrow🤪
