    @OpenreachHelp As I said my provider @TalkTalk are no help at all, but it's your engineers who have failed to turn up for appointments. And if they don't arrive in the next hour and forty minutes, they'll have failed to show up for another one. That's your responsibility.

    If you are thinking of changing Internet providers.. Avoid @TalkTalk at all costs Useless call handlers rubbish, service. They don't listen & make even the simplest thing hard. Complained on /off for since October ... They use stall tactic when you want to leave. #rubbish

    @TalkTalk Thanks but you won't be able to help. The case has been (apparently) escalated to your CEO office and they can't seem to book an engineer either. I don't expect any help - I'm really just coming on here to make sure as many people as possible know about our experience.

    @TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk there's nothing in my DMs?????? There's also not a suitable router arriving today because it was NOT ordered yesterday. Despite being told on the call it was. Had I not chased up today I would never have known.

    @TalkTalk Got DM, followed and filled in link, it just froze, direct debit cancelled, new tenant will sort new supplier, we will cancel ours under cooling off period and you owe me 1 month refund, detail sent in DM. Thanks.?

    17 minutes of bloody awful muszac.. trying to tell TalkTalk to change my address…. I must be their only Costomer who has ever changed address cos NOBODY but NOBODY knows what to do… now I’ve been cut off….

    Hey @TalkTalk I’ve recently moved, filled in a transfer of account to new tenant, new customer at new house, sent letter saying can’t transfer until next payment made, you’ve now taken that, phoned today and told need to start whole procedure again, what email to cancel please?
