@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

@reiver_rover After almost a decade I left Virgin Media, & it was either PlusNet or TalkTalk, went with TalkTalk in the end & really glad I did, had very few problems, & when I have they've resolved it super quickly! Very happy customer!

@TalkTalk I'm only contacting on here as nobody else will listen. You only listen as you don't want other potential customers to hear what you are doing to loyal customers... Frustrated isn't the word... TT is good when it worked. Have an issue and you're screwed

@TalkTalk got fibre broadband installed Monday, since Thursday my router has been flashing amber, I’ve disconnected and reconnected multiple times. Router flashes white for about one second then it’s amber only. Internet says router is powering up, can you help? Not impressed.

@TalkTalk : Ordered a connection from 22 SEP 2021 initially and then expedited to 14 SEP 2021.On 14 nothing arrived.Customer care says”Only services started” unsure without router how is it even possible.Everytime different response from the customer care team.Dissatisfied.
