@JMaso846 @ThisIsNoahEvans With BT is a love/hate thing if your in a good area you can get good service. Otherwise it’s poor. Had nothing but trouble with companies like TalkTalk. Could barely get 10.

Just want to complain about Talktalk Customer Service that will not speak to me although I have had a fault for 12 months and my phone line stopped working 30 days ago. Has anyone else had similar problems.

@TalkTalk What further look does it need? I will be with your service for one more day before my new provider takes over the line, and you've billed me for a full month. It's not rocket surgery to understand, just as it doesn't feel exactly ethical even if it is legal.

The distress was so great that I made the difficult decision for my son to live with relatives to give him that self-regulation. It helped, despite, naturally, the disruption caused by separation. It was an awful time, separated from my son. This was explained to #Talktalk. 4/

@talktalk Reopen REP-12237045, issues not sorted. Did the 20mins off tonight, no cxn & when I tried to live chat (9am- 9pm) at 8:28 you're gone. The family impact is awful, having had a moments hope when new router delivered; not fixed & I am livid.

I spoke to 5 people from #Talktalk on their chat asking for info, explaining my situation & distress caused. I got nothing: on the nature of the problem or its resolution. Asked for a dongle: ‘we don’t do that’. Asked if it will be days or weeks: ‘I don’t have that info’. 3/
