    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk you fail to understand that all I’m after is acknowledgment of your network, up upstream, service interruption, post midnight that frequently means customers loose internet connection (which comes back after a while). Something that you can investigate internally.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting for a manager call back since Mondays didn’t arrive. This is the 3rd call you haven’t made. I also didn’t have broadband for 6 days?? Wondering why your customer service rates so low. Shocking service again

    The most appalling service from @TalkTalk - shut off our wifi, on the phone for hours no one can give us answers, keep being passed around and then we just get cut off, absolute joke. Thank god we’re switching

    @whippletom @maxtappenden19 I got tired of this so left. Went to Vodafone. But now realise my bill has gone up from £27 to 35, for 76MBps. So I checked and I can double my speed with TalkTalk for £30, which I’ve now arranged. Not as fast as VM on my road, but was sick of their customer service.

    @TalkTalk My parents are suffering from dementia , you have provided them with 2 contracts under identical name address and bank ac , you have taken £600 from an account which has never been used and refused to refund , you say you give priority to old vulnerable people ???

    @TalkTalk absolute cowboys, worst experience ever. Nearly 4 weeks to never receive equipment and now 30 working days for cancellation to process, keeping lock on fibreline preventing me moving on. Utter joke

    @TalkTalk Awful.. cancelled a contract before .. the go live date -called 2 times to ensure the contract was cancelled and still got billed even though never I used the service. Then tried to contact them with no success . Still waiting to get this sorted.. it’s has been almost 20 days

    @TalkTalk can someone please sort this issue out. The entire wifi contract I’ve had with you has been hell. The last week I can’t even load a web page , or a video. I am disappointed. I can’t even access your webpage as “technical error” . Absolute joke .
