@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk Hi Kaye, I just know you guys have customers in the TR20 area that like us had a very long broadband outage last weekend (read my string) and last night the same fault has arisen. Thought you might want to check the status in this area too!

Funny how Dido Harding was allowed to be part of the public service despite being the CEO of TalkTalk during its major Cyber attack and hacking situations, both times she showed how ignorant she is.

Had to use live chat with my old ISP. Even though I knew my problem, they threw me between multiple departments before landing on the right one. They transferred me to a department which has been closed for the day for almost 2 hours. **** TalkTalk. Never use them.

Stay away from @TalkTalk - Internet up and down, they try to convince you it's your fault, you complain and it's ignored and they want you to spend half and hour doing line tests. Sort it out.

@TalkTalk Called the number you gave me. The officer was very helpful but could not offer me a solution. He referred my case to his manager and told me I'd get a call back on my mobile within 48 hours. Still waiting...
