    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk Wi-fi's down again. Was told on Tuesday that an engineer would visit the local exchange box within 3 days to rectify but either they've been and not sorted it or not been yet. Can we see where we're up to and get it rectified ASAP please?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Appalling customer service as usual. Never thought reporting a bereavement could be so hard. Sky and o2 were 1st class. You guys talk talk but don’t listen listen. How can I get a password for a deceased persons account. Hold a seance?
