I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Again I've been on the phone for 1 and half hour this morning talking 3 different people got cut off once as well. How do I complain?
